I freely, expressly, unequivocally and informedly declare that I AUTHORIZE FONTANA PLAZA HOTEL to, in accordance with the terms of literal a) of article 6 of Law 1581 of 2012, collect, store, use, circulate, delete and, in general, process personal data, including sensitive data, such as my photographs, videos, data relating to health, minors in custody and other data that may be considered sensitive in accordance with the Law, so that said Processing is carried out in order to achieve the purposes relating to the development of the Hotel's corporate purpose.
Payment Policy
During the 7 days before your reservation, the charge of 50% of the total reservation will be executed.
In high season, 100% of the reservation is charged in order to guarantee it
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is allowed without additional charge up to a maximum of 7 days before your arrival
During the seven days prior to the reservation, a charge of 50% of the total reservation is made to guarantee it.
If you make the cancellation within the seven days prior to the reservation, NO refund is made. In any case, the guest may modify or reschedule their reservation within a maximum period of no more than 90 days.
In high season, 100% of the reservation is charged in order to guarantee it. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, no refund is made.
In case of cancellation of the reservation on the same arrival date, the guest may reschedule the date only if it is a force majeure event or justified fortuitous event. And duly informed to the hotel.
