Fox Apartments are located in the Royal Docks of London next to the ExCeL International Conference & Exhibition Centre. 3 minute walk from Custom House Station Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and less than 5 minutes by Taxi from London City Airport.
Free parking allocated for one vehicle during your stay, 2 min walk away from the apartment at the barrier controlled Crowne Plaza Hotel.

All Payments have to made by bank transfer at the time of booking. We shall hold your reservation for 14 days to allow payment to clear in our account before releasing the apartment(s) reserved.
A £200.00 refundable deposit will be charged at the time of arrival and returned on check out.

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check-in at any time from 15:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check--out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the hotel.
Should the maximum number of people per room be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel 14 days or more before your check-in date you can expect a full refund*
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check-in date you will receive a 50% refund
Should you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before arrival or during your stay you will not receive any refund.
* Note that for bookings during ExCel events once fully paid there is no refund once payment has been received in full.
