Fox Apartments are located in the Royal Docks of London next to the ExCeL International Conference & Exhibition Centre. 3 minute walk from Custom House Station Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and less than 5 minutes by Taxi from London City Airport.
Free parking allocated for one vehicle during your stay, 2 min walk away from the apartment at the barrier controlled Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Whether you are looking for a place to stay whilst working in the Canary Wharf area or looking for a holiday apartment next to one of the official venues used for the 2012 Olympic Games, our apartments offer a value for money alternative to nearby hotels.
The original building is 170 years old and our beautifully furnished apartments have been converted with elegance and comfort in mind. Each apartment has over 100 square metres of space set over 2 floors. Naturally, all of the items you usually have at home from a kettle to a washing machine are provided and we have a great FREE WIFI service also.
Being minutes from both the O2 and London City Airport means that you can arrive late in the afternoon and still make it to your concert on time. If you are exhibiting at ExCel we are located 50 metres from the West Entrance!

Payment Policy
All Payments have to made by bank transfer at the time of booking. We shall hold your reservation for 14 days to allow payment to clear in our account before releasing the apartment(s) reserved.
A £200.00 refundable deposit will be charged at the time of arrival and returned on check out.

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check-in at any time from 15:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00am (unless a later departure is stated as part of your booking). Late check--out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the hotel.
Should the maximum number of people per room be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Photo ID (passport/driving license) is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel 14 days or more before your check-in date you can expect a full refund*
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check-in date you will receive a 50% refund
Should you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before arrival or during your stay you will not receive any refund.
* Note that for bookings during ExCel events once fully paid there is no refund once payment has been received in full.
