Terms & Conditions

Specific room reservations are subject to change if extenuating circumstances occur or repairs/maintenance are needed. Foxboro Lodge may move guests from one room to another if necessary. If the room rate is less than what a guest has paid, they will be refunded the difference. When this occurs, if the room rate is more than what has been paid, there will be no upcharge.
If the guest decides that they want to change rooms once they have arrived and there is a different room available, if the room rate is more than what they have paid, they are responsible for the difference. No refunds will be made on room rates when the guest chooses to move upon arrival.
Changes to reservations may be made up to 48 before the date of check-in and the deposit can be used for a different date or room. Changes made less than 48 hours before the date of check-in will result in a change fee of $25.

Payment Policy

Your reservation is confirmed when your credit card deposit is made or your check has been received. Your balance is due upon check-in. Any changes to your reservation may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the date of check-in will be refunded half of the deposit. This refund will be mailed to the guest via Foxboro Lodge check. Guest will need to supply a mailing address. Please call or email Foxboro Lodge to cancel and request refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will result in loss of the total deposit unless an emergency situation has occurred. Please contact Foxboro Lodge in this event.
