Franklin Suite is a large two-room suite featuring a dramatic, arched triple window with seating area for reading or just gazing outside. This well-appointed bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed with the best linens and many pillows, & two chairs! The large adjoining room with private bath has an Ultra Bathâ, air-jetted whirlpool tub and shower. The treetop view will leave you feeling peaceful and rejuvenated. Air conditioned and located on second floor. A privately served breakfast is available in your room upon request at no additional charge.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in 3-8 P.M. Check out: 11:00 A.M. We’re flexible; call in advance if you need different arrangements, we are happy to try and accommodate alternate time. *Running late a courtesy call while you are en route is greatly appreciated.

Reservations: Use the online reservation service or call 608-366-1427 to book your stay: Valid Credit card is required to make any reservation. Visa, Master-Card, and Discover are accepted. No credit card charge will be made until final payment which can be made with credit/debit card, cash, or personal check at check-out.
Security: We take security seriously. When users make a reservation, we safe guard it online and offline.
Two Night Minimum: From the Beginning of July through end of October, a two night minimum if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday. This minimum does not apply on Sunday through Thursday stays.
Room rates are based on double occupancy, including a full multi-course breakfast, does not include state and local taxes. There is a $25 charge for additional person in room, and single rates are available.
100 % No-Smoking Policy: Abiding by Wisconsin’s statewide Smoke-Free Air law, Franklin Victorian B&B is a SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY AND HAS NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS.
No Candle Policy on property: No burning of any type of open-flame candles or oil items is allowed in guest rooms, on porches or property. This is for guest safety and the protection of this historic house, its furnishings and property. Battery Candles are provided.
Any mis-use of bed and breakfast facilities or property may result in additional charges to your account.
Firearms: NO Firearms or Weapons are allowed in the building or on our property.
Children: We welcome children age 13 and older.
Pets: Though we love animals, many guests are allergic and therefore we cannont accept pets.

Using a Gift Certificates: If using a gift certificate, please make a note on your reservation of the gift certificate number & type at the time of reservation. A valid credit card Hold is still needed when using any type of gift certificate. Guests- when using any type of Gift Certificate or Gift Card we must have your original and physical gift certificate/card at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations are difficult, but we do understand that unexpected situations arise. Please call the inn if you need to cancel or reschedule your stay. Seven days’ notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. No-shows, cancellations on the day of a stay, and early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
