The basic information without all the legal jargon

Please be advised that no one under the age of 16 can stay in a bedroom without a parent or guardian present. Children aged 16 - 18 can stay in a room alone but must have a parent or guardian staying in another of the hotel's bedrooms.

Honeymoon Suites will be available from the time specified earlier in the bridal contacts.

We cannot guarantee that guest rooms will be available before 1pm.

If the rooms are not occupied the night before your wedding, we may be able to organise an early check in for you; we will know if this is possible approximately 48 hours prior to your wedding.

Check-out time is 10am for all guests.

There is no resident's bar at Friern Manor, however, guests staying overnight can order room service for additional drinks until 1am. Drinks will be served to and must be consumed in the room. Please note that the food room service concludes at 9pm. All non-resident guests must leave by 1am. For security reasons, the hotel will be locked from 1:30am, and any resident must ensure they are within their bedroom at this time.

Each room is a double room. Each room tariff covers the cost of a continental breakfast for two.

Breakfast for additional guests is priced at £14.95 per adult and £9.95 per child under 10.

Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to your stay. We cannot be held responsible for reserved rooms or additional extras which have not received payment.

Cancellation Policy

Your right to cancel.
Unless stated otherwise, room reservations may be cancelled one calendar month in advance of the arrival date.
If you cancel and have paid for the room in advance by debit/credit card, no refund will be issued.
