Terms & Conditions

• Check-in after 3:30 pm, Check-out before 11:30am
• The property is only for the # of guests you have provided:
If you wish to host events, parties, or frequent visitors let us know ahead of time
• Take all belongings with you - we are not responsible for items left behind:
There will be a minimum charge of $25 to ship anything back to you
• The Garden is for daytime & evening use only: ~9:00 – 22:00 (9am - 10:00pm)
• For the Gallery Guesthouse apartment:
Your deposit will be used as security and will be returned to you after your stay (sent within
1 week of your departure)
• Care for the house as follows:
HOUSE CARE
• No smoking or candles inside the house (you can use the garden)
• Close windows when going out (to prevent rain damage)
• No fat or grease in the sink (please put in can or newspaper, then in garbage)
• Only regular toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet
(paper towel & all other products go in the trash)
• Furniture is not meant to be moved (return furniture to its original position)
• Summer: AirConditioning must be off when you are out

Payment Policy

Cash or US check are the accepted forms of payment (or PayPal members can pay through PayPal but with a fee of %4), payment must be received on or before arrival or within the first few days here. Not on the last day. If payment has not been received in full by the midpoint of your stay a $50 per day late charge will be added to the bill - partial payments do not prevent late charges

Cancellation Policy

We will take a $200 deposit through PayPal to hold the reservation
If you have to cancel your reservation or change your dates you will lose the security deposit, unless we are able to rebook ALL canceled dates. This includes cancellations due to illness, family issues, acts of god, acts of nature, bad weather etc.
