RV Park is open from May long weekend to September 30th. Cabins are available Year-Round.
Any available Cabins or RV Sites will show available dates to book.
If NOTHING SHOWS TO BOOK, it either means nothing is available, everything is BOOKED - OR - the sites/cabins have not been made available to book yet.
NO TENTING OR TENT TRAILERS. ONLY SELF CONTAINED RVS.

Located in beautiful SMITHERS, Northern British Columbia just off Hwy 16.
Lookout at the Glacier and Hudson Bay Mountain from almost anywhere on the property.
Cabin rentals are available by the night, week, and according to availability for monthly stays.
Are fully self-contained with all bedding & linens provided, kitchenettes, and bathrooms with showers.

RV camping is available to STAY daily bookings for PULL-THROUGH SITES & BACK IN SITES with full-service power, water & sewer.
Larger BACK-IN SITES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST for longer-term MONTH stays through the season (ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY)
Some select DAILY & WEEKLY STAYS are available as the sites come available to book each month.
NO TENTING OR TENT TRAILERS. By Reservation only, NO DROP-INS or SAME-DAY BOOKINGS.

Large long sites - from corner lot site 8 full sunlight to farther from the road site 12, some grass, open to shade, full shade, mature trees
Sites 8 and 10 have a clear view of the South for Sat dishes.
Site 8 - lots of space behind the level site with a picnic table and fire pit. Along the front fence by the frontage road and highway.
Site 10 - MEDIUM site, level. picnic table and fire pit.
Site 11 - larger site with mostly gravel, a slight slope at front. picnic table and NO FIRE PIT. Mature trees on the passenger side and behind.
Site 12 - mature trees on all sides around, more grass area, and space on the passenger side. level. picnic table and fire pit

Site 15 - service post at the front of the site. Good south exposure from the front of the site for sat dishes.
Site 16 - service post towards the middle of the site. Some view of the glacier from the driver's windows. Sunshine from the east setting sun.
Site 17 - service post towards the back. Mature trees in front of the site. Good view of the glacier and mountains from the front of the site.
Site 18 - service post at the back of the site. Pine tree towards the back of the site. Garden on the driver's side.
Long pull-through sites for vehicle towing.
Some grass, open view to the glacier - some visibility, some mature trees - NO FIREPITS. Can use firepits available at sites across from each pull-through.

Large pull-through for EXTRA LONG large RVs - a slight slope down in front - easy out. This site has an approach with a direct right turn after driving into the property.
Please make sure to STOP at the Stop sign located before the Office Registration building.
Mature trees on all sides. No view except out a driver's side window. The passenger side faces the back of site 13.
NO FIRE PIT IN PULL THROUGH

2 king beds, 1 in the living room and 1 in the separate bedroom with a 1 twin bed.
Full kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Pots & pans, dishes, etc.
50 " flat screen tv, vintage table with 4 chairs, couch. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, black-out drapes.
Large shower with seat, toilet, and sink in the bathroom. All bedding and bathroom linens are provided.
Complimentary coffee and tea. Wifi included. Some toiletries are provided such as hand soap and toilet paper.

Children rate $15 are aged 12 and under. Infant rate $5 is age 2 & under sharing the same bed with an adult,
The extra adult rate is for children aged 13 to adults.

Outside picnic table alongside the parking spot. Has NO FIRE PIT. Can use a fire pit in the campground at a vacant site.

*CLEANING CLAUSE - If the CLEANING UPON DEPARTURE is more than the standard cleaning time of 2 hrs,
there will be CLEANING charges of $50 per hour applied to your card at the end of the stay.*

Your cabin or site will be ready for your arrival with payment made using the card for booking. A text message will be sent to your cell phone.

RVs - an envelope with your name on it, will have site location and other camping information, will be located beside the outside office door.
Cabins - Rose will message you when your cabin is ready for check-in. You will go to your cabin upon arrival.
A text message will be sent with information and check-in times available.
We will give our best effort to accommodate your reservation request. Things can happen beyond our control.

Cabins: CHECK-IN is 4 PM and may be available earlier - message Rose for details.
RVs: CHECK-IN is 12 PM (*Stop on the frontage road before entering property, grab your envelope and check for how to get into your site)
CHECK-OUT: by 11 AM unless previously arranged with management.

Smoking OR vaping is NOT permitted inside the cabins and will constitute damage.
Restitution for damages or extra charges will be the responsibility of the registered individual and charged to the card on file when booking.
** CABINS** Pets are allowed in Pet-Friendly cabins only for registered guests. There is a charge for pets ranging from $10 to $40 each per night.
*RV - DOGS*Starting at $1 each dog per night

Late checkout rates. $10 HR - CAMPING, $25 HR - CABINS

BY RESERVATION ONLY. NO DROP INS.
At the time of booking your reservation, a 25% deposit will be charged to the card used to reserve with the remaining amount paid to same card on the day of arrival.

Non-contact registration and non-contact full payment is made day of arrival using the same credit card on file for reservation.
IF YOU ARE USING DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD, OR NEW CARD, (* compromised card, new expiry date, etc)
LET US KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL.

NO SHOW POLICY or cancelling the SAME DAY of ARRIVAL - cancellation. The total amount of your stay will be charged.

Cancellations made AFTER arrival will have a refund of 50% for remaining days of your paid booking, not including day of cancellation.

CANCELLING UP TO THE WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL. The DEPOSIT refund will be done less a service charge (up to $25 MAX)

Cancellations made AFTER arrival will have a refund less 50% of total amount paid for your stay.
