The bedroom is tastefully decorated with period artwork and antiques and the compact full bath has a large soaking tub that invites relaxation and quiet.

Standard Bed w/ Sitting Room - This newly renovated bedroom suite with private bath is fully furnished and equipped and has a separate seating area. Your stay includes a daily elegant breakfast prepared with fresh eggs and garden-fresh ingredients. Enjoy neighboring farm animals and our bountiful fresh garden vegetables when in season. Have a fresh cup of coffee beside the pond, or take a hike around the 115 acres surrounding the house. Your room has a full-size refrigerator and access to laundry facilities. I have two cats so allergic individuals please be aware.

Terms & Conditions

*There is a two night minimum stay for weekends during peak season (May-September). Three nights for holidays and festivals.
*Two persons maximum in the Garden Suite, Wheeling Suite, and Auntie's Room. Our Family Suite has a four person maximum, and the Bund Room has a five person maximum. We may be able to accommodate extra sleepers on the downstairs common room couch which converts to a queen bed. We have two twin inflatable mattresses to accommodate extra sleepers as well, $50 each.
*During your stay, we will not enter your room or bah area, except on request or for maintenance/security. Additional personal amenities or fresh towels are available at no charge, simply by request.
*You are welcome to bring your own beverages, including alcohol and snacks. However we ask that you not eat or drink in your rooms. Lunch and snacks are always encouraged on the outside patio or deck areas and the upstairs dining area as well. There are kitchen amenities available to you in our coffee/game room downstairs including a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker.
*There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property.
*Group bookings are accepted by personal arrangement only and may include additional and/or alternative terms.

Payment Policy

*A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is due if reservation is made within the 15 day non-cancellable period.
*Deposit guarantees payment for the entire reservation; late cancellation owes full fee
*Mastercard, VISA, Amex, Discover and cash accepted.
*Gift certificates are available and valid for a period of two years
*Taxes and fees: 6% MI Sales Tax, k5% Allegan County Hotel Tax

Cancellation Policy

*Your deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 15 days before scheduled arrival.
*There is a 30 day cancellation deadline for holidays, festivals, special events, group bookings.
