Terms & Conditions
The reservation agreement will be governed by a license agreement in line with Irish Law.
Under this licence agreement, the Licensee agrees to allow the Licensor, staff or agents access to all areas of the property at any reasonable time during the Licence Period. While we understand and respect your need for privacy, the company reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the property.
All of our apartments are Strictly Non Smoking throughout the property, and a €200.00 fine will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Check out time is at 10:30 am on the day of departure unless organised and agreed previously by written notice from a reservation representative of City Break Apartments.
Parking (If purchased) Please note that neither City Break Apartments, or its representative, are liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damages) in the parking areas provided (if any).
Strictly No Parties in all of our apartments. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. A noise disturbance will result in Garda Notification and a fine of up to €400.00.
In line with Government advice, no more than 6 people are permitted in the apartment from no more than 3 households. Any infringement of this regulation will result in Garda Notification.
All maintenance issues should be reported immediately to our office where they will be dealt with by our maintenance team
Although all utilities and common household charges are included in the rate, we do request that guests think “Green” in relation to energy consumption
Pets are not to be brought to the property under any circumstances, unless agreed previously by written notice from a reservation representative of City Break Apartments.
Damages caused to the property will be charged to the client Credit Card provided on booking and/or subject to non-refund of the deposit. In the event of substantial damages, a report will be filed with the relevant authorities and any outstanding amounts will be pursued through legal and other avenues.
Key Replacements due to lost or stolen keys could incur a fee of up to €200.00.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
We reserve the right to pre-authorise an amount of up to €200 on a credit card and the right to complete the transaction in case of any breaches of the rules above. Alternatively, the guest might be requested to pay a deposit of up to €300.
In the event that a cash deposit is taken in relation to the above, please be advised that the apartment must be checked prior to any cash refund. This room check may not take place until later afternoon.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for individual reservations:
If cancelled 14 days before check-in, 15% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 7 days before check-in, 30% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 2 days before check-in, 50% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable. If cancelled 1 day before check-in or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.
NON REFUNDABLE rate: Full payment is taken at the moment of the reservation and it is non refundable in case of cancellation or reservation modification.
