At the time of booking a 50% fee of your total booking is required this is non refundable. All balances of payments must be made in full 5 days before arrival.
If you have booked via booking.com then they will arrange your payment for you if you have pre-paid or have booked via SuperFlex or pre payment.
Booking.com make all payments via VCC (Virtual Credit Cards) This amount is for your accommodation only and these cards are set to the limit you agreed at the point of booking.
Please be aware we do not take cash, only cards and BACs payments.
If you cancel within 5 days of arrival you will be charged in full.
If you do not arrive you are classed as a no show and you will be charged in full.
If you card fails when we try to take your fee 5 days before arrival we will contact you giving you 24 hours to give us new card details or make a BAC payment. If we do not hear from you within the 24 hour time frame your booking will be cancelled.
