Credit card must be in the guest name that is staying on property.

Quiet time is at 10:30PM. No visitors are permitted after this time.
Winter months please watch for ice and snow in parking lots,decks,steps etc.

A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation, in addition, this credit card must be present on arrival. A pre-authorization totalling rooms, tax and a additional $200 deposit per room will be made to the credit card provided the morning of arrival. Pre paid credit cards and Debit credit cards are not permitted for bookings.
Greensboro Inn is pleased to offer a non-smoking facility, should you or a visitor smoke in a room during your stay, a $100.00 charge will be placed on the credit card used to make the reservation.
Lost & found items will be held for 3 months with the exception of undergarments and medications which without immediate reply, will be disposed of immediately.
Greensboro Inn management and staff will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Guests are responsible for damages to property, the room, and its contents resulting in a charge placed on the credit card used when making the reservation.
Anyone who damages property or chooses not to follow the policies of Greensboro Inn, will be removed from the property by the authorities, without refund.
Payment Policy
All bookings must be made with a valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. Credit card has to be in the name of the guest staying. No pre Paid credit cards or Debit credit cards!
