Hacienda del Lago Boutique Hotel

It is a colonial style establishment that has Restaurant bar and Restaurant Terrace, Grill area with wood oven. Spa service, saltwater pool and heated outdoor pool
In our suites with lake view, pool view or garden view, we have designer vanity items, bathrobes, cable TV, nespresso machine
Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoy the rest at the foot of the Lake.
Hacienda del Lago also offers accommodation with free WiFi in common areas, iPod docking station and free Apple TV. Some suites have a terrace. In addition, private spa and transportation service is provided on request. Our facilities have a free charging center for electric vehicles.
The Hotel does not have its own parking, but your vehicle can be parked in front of the establishment, we have a video surveillance system for security purposes.

Early arrivals and late departures

If you arrive at Hacienda del Lago early in the day and wish to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you also book the night before your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, an additional night's reservation guarantees access to your room until your departure time.

Smoke Free Hotel

Hacienda del Lago is a smoke-free establishment, so no smoking is allowed inside; However, in case of violating this policy you will be charged $ 300 USD to the guarantee card to your registration.

Reserves and guaranteed deposits

We guarantee that every reservation you make through our website will have the best available price available, even by any other website booking online.
In case of no show (No Show), the total of the reservation plus taxes will be charged.
Rates shown online are subject to availability and subject to change without notice.
Debit cards are not accepted to guarantee rooms, but these cards are received to settle your account.
All reservations made through the website require a guarantee through a credit card with a deposit of 100% of the total.

Any missing or damaged items in the room during my stay will be charged to the warranty card.
The room has safe deposit boxes, we suggest that you keep valuables in your possession, in the case of an item with a higher volume, report to Reception, since the establishment is not responsible for lost not reported.
Any changes are subject to availability.
