Terms & Conditions

* Hotel Boutique HSA SA de CV, also known as Hacienda San Angel (hereinafter referred to as HSA).

* HSA Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property and/or furnishings of HSA.

* HSA Guests are advised to lock patio doors and windows, as well as valuables in room safes when leaving their suite or sleeping.

* HSA is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

* Any belongings left behind after check out, or lost and then found by staff, will be recorded as “found” and stored. We will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest regarding found items and return such property at the owner’s expense. Items not claimed within ninety (90) days will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

* Price includes 19% tax, 5% room fee and 3% hospitality tax.

* This contract will be terminated without any obligation on the part of the establishment for breach of the internal lodging regulations.

* Signing this form represents your consent to Hacienda San Angel's Terms & Conditions.
