Terms & Conditions
Thank you for booking to stay with Hampton Suites Serviced Apartments. Please read below, our Terms & Conditions.
CHECK IN PROCESS:
Minimum age to stay for the lead person at Hampton Suites is 25 years old for stay shorter than 5 days.
Minimum age to stay for the lead person at Hampton Suites is 18 years old for stay 5 days or more.
After reading and agreeing to all Terms and Conditions via signature on this document, we require a form of ID such as a Passport or Drivers licence which displays a photo image of the guest and date of birth. This is for us to photocopy and keep record of.
Lastly, we will take payment (if reservation is 'pay on arrival') and a Security Deposit of £100.00. This is to cover ANY accidental or intention damage, including smoking, vaping and tampering with fire safety equipment. Additionally, if anything in the apartment is removed which belongs to the apartments such as any bedding, furniture's, amenities and anything which would warrant a replacement by us. The Guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its content. The Guest agrees to keep the accommodation and any of its content in the same state of repair and conditions as at the commencement of the stay. In case of damage caused by either negligence or deliberate act of vandalism by the Guest and or any accomplice guests, the card details provided for Pre-authorization / Security deposit will be used for rectifying the damage, cost of labour and loss of business to the management. Team members and Management will check apartments at departure in detail to ensure the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.
If the apartment is in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be cancelled by us, automatically, and it can take up to 7 working days to come back to you bank account.
The check-in time is from 4pm at the Crowne Plaza London Kingston Hotel which is just about 5 mins walking distance from the Hampton Suites Apartments. (The address for the Crowne Plaza London – Kingston is: Portsmouth Rd, Long Ditton, Surbiton KT6 5QQ)
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability & please advise as soon as possible of any later check-in times.
Check-out time is by 11 am. Late check-out can arranged, subject to availability and charges may subject to additional fees.
APARTMENT FIXTURES & FITTINGS:
Our rooms DO NOT have air conditioning. But all rooms do have fans which is helpful during the summer.
All of our apartments come with cotton bed linen, towels & sofa bed.
Fully-equipped kitchens with cutlery, crockery, pans and glassware; welcome packs (containing tea, coffee, sugar); spacious living areas; full size fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washer/dryer (except Standard Apartments), laundry service, microwave, kettle; hairdryer; iron & ironing board; baby cots (on request).
We offer a complimentary weekly housekeeping service (for stays longer than 7 days). But if you would like to cleaned more or less often, that's absolutely fine; we will work to your needs.
Additional Housekeeping GBP 30.00 per Suite
WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER
For our Standard Apartments, a communal washing machine and dryer are free and available for resident on the second floor.
For the Premium Apartments, every apartment comes with a washing machine.
Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or its premises). If guest(s) is/are found to violate this policy, there will a fine incurred of £100.00.
An additional fee may also be incurred if the apartment needs to be closed for sale due to strong cigarette smell. The additional fee may vary depending on a best available rate the apartment is being sold on that day.
Left property will be kept on-site by Hampton Suites Apartments for the period of two weeks. After that time if the left property is not claimed by the Guest it will be disposed.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby, just opposite the road (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 4.00 per all day. (charging hours 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday, no charge on Bank Holiday).
Alternatively free parking at our sister hotel nearby Crowne Plaza Hotel Kingston (5 mins walk from Hampton Suites).
Any extra person in the apartment that is not booked it is not allowed to stay overnight.
Pets are not allowed.
All of our apartments offer Wi-Fi free of charge.
If you wish to settle your account with a credit card you will be required to present the card at check-in where we will take a payment for the total cost of accommodation and also we will do a pre-authorisation for a security deposit. (*A pre-authorisation is an amount frozen in your account to cover the cost of any potential incidental items including (but not limited to): breaches of terms & conditions, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.)
Reservations with length of stay up to 7 days can be cancelled up to 3 days before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged otherwise full charges apply.
7 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for stay longer than 7 days in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 7 days will result in a charge equal to 7 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will therefore apply (7 days - 5 days' notice given = 2 night charge).
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
Please note that changing the dates of a reservation is subject to availability and additional costs may apply.
Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by Hampton Suites Apartments to ensure that bookings are able to proceed, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to the accommodation of similar size and standard in special cases, such as overbooking.
In exceptional circumstances, Hampton Suites Apartments may find it necessary to cancel your booking.
If this occurs Hampton Suites Apartments will refund any amount of money the Guest has paid which shall constitute a full and final settlement of any liability
