Haras Hacienda Refund Policy:
Haras Hacienda will accept cancellations received 30 days prior to check-in; however, a $50.00 fee will be charged for each room.
Haras Hacienda will charge 90% of the room rate for cancellations received 7 days or less prior to check-in.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate.
Rates are subject to change at Haras Hacienda’s discretion during high volume periods.
Check-in: 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. If arriving outside of normal check-in time, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
No pets. Please call for assistance in making arrangements to board your pet.
Haras Hacienda is a no-smoking facility. All rooms are smoke-free. However, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Payment Policy
A 100% full payment will be charged the day of booking.
Cancellation Policy
