Check-in time: 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later than 11:00 PM, please call us at 727-953-8444 to arrange for a late check-in.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, WE DO NOT OFFER DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. ROOMS ARE SERVICED ON A WEEKLY BASIS. WE ARE FULLY EQUIPPED AT THE FRONT DESK TO ASSIST WITH TOWELS AND TOILETRIES. ROOM SERVICE CAN BE ARRANGED FOR A $75 CLEANING FEE ON ALL SUITES.
New Hotel Collection Harbourside Resort units are SMOKE-FREE. There is no smoking in any of the units. You may smoke on the balcony and designated areas around the pool and parking garage. We ask that if you smoke on the balcony, you close the patio door while doing so to keep the smoke out of the unit. A $350.00 fee will be charged for ANY type of in-room smoking - no longer limited to cigarette smoke smell.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room with photo identification.
Pets: This property does NOT allow pets.
Registered service animals are permitted without a fee, with proper paperwork. This does not include emotional support animals. Failure to comply with the pet policy will result in a $250 nonrefundable charge.
There is a $30.00 nightly convenience fee per unit due upon check-in.
Parking is limited to ONE (1) space per unit. A laminated parking pass will be issued at check-in. Failure to return the parking pass upon check out will result in a $50.00 charge.
Bath towels should not be removed from the unit for pool/beach use.

New Hotel Collection reserves the right to enter any hotel/resort room to facilitate maintenance needs at any time of your stay.
New Hotel Collection has the right to room inspections during and after your check-in/out. If any damage has occurred during any length of your stay, New Hotel Collection will charge a fee of damages and/or cost of replacement of damaged property in the room.
New Hotel Collection will also charge for any missing items from rooms that are Hotel/Resort Property after an inspection has taken place by Hotel/Resort staff.
New Hotel Collection reserves the right to pursue legal action if damages are permanent, outside vendors' service fees occur, or deliberate neglect of property policies.
New Hotel Collection reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, before/and during the length of stay. This can lead to an eviction and police escort of property.
By signing, you agree to receive email communications, telemarketing calls (including manually dialed, auto dialed and/or prerecorded), and/or SMS and MMS
text messages from New Hotel Collection, Arcadia Resorts, LLC, and their affiliates regarding promotional offers and other marketing purposes.

Cancellations must be made two days prior to arrival by 4 PM local hotel time for a full refund. If a reservation is not canceled and the guest does not arrive, one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. MEMBER-ONLY CANCELLATION POLICY
Any Member Cancellations must be made by emailing the member help desk at escalatedcustomerservice@arcadiaresorts.com or by calling
our help desk at 770-435-0066 during normal weekday business hours.
It is always our desire to ensure our Members receive the highest possible level of availability.
In order to facilitate this goal, it is critical that we have rules in place which protect All
members whether a reservation has already been made or one which a member hopes to make.
The following outlines reservation rules for bookings and/or inbound stays:
Cancellation rules
1) Any cancel requests for booked reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival or you
will be subject to a 100% deduction of the confirmed nights.
2) Any cancel requests for booked reservations must be made at a minimum of 15 days prior to your arrival (between 8 days & 15 days) or you
will be subject to a 50% deduction of the confirmed nights.
3) Any cancel requests for booked reservations must be made at a minimum of 28 days prior to your arrival (between 16 days & 28 days) or you
will be subject to a 25% deduction of the confirmed nights.
4) Cancellations will always be allowed without charge outside beyond 28 prior to arrival.
