Check-in is between 4pm and 10.30pm. If your arrival time falls after 10.30pm you must contact the hotel on 01931 713 673 or on info@thehaweswater.com

Payment Policy

Deposit not required for standard bookings.

Festive Bookings (Check-In date between 22nd & 31st December) will require full payment by 22nd November.

Cancellation Policy

For non-festive bookings please give more than 7 days notice if you want to receive a free cancellation. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we will charge you 50% of the booking total.

Festive Bookings (Check-in date between the 22nd December and 31st December) are subject to a separate cancellation policy which is as follows. For free cancellations please contact us before 1st November. Cancellations made between 1st November and 22nd November are liable for a 50% charge. Full payment will be required for any bookings cancelled after 22nd November.
