SECURITY DEPOSITS
All reservations must be secured with a minimum security deposit of $150 by a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. This will be returned within 3 days of check-out date if no damages occur.

CHECK-IN/OUT
We would like to inform you of our check-in procedures! We do not have a check-in office on site at the hotel. Please complete this verification form for our policies: https://form.jotform.com/241254774334154. This will need to be completed in order to check-in. On the day of check-in, you will receive your ROOM #, ROOM LOCATION, and DOOR CODE in a TEXT from 706-809-8570. Check-in is at 4PM. If you’d like to request early check-in, text 706-809-8570 or call 706-878-2689 ext. 5 and we will do our best to accommodate. Check-out is at 10:30am. Early check-in or late check-out is a minimum charge of $25.

HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping is on property between the hours of 11:00AM and 1:00PM. We ask that you text us at 706-809-8570 if you need a “REFRESH” or “DND” (do not want to be disturbed). This phone number is the same number used during verification. A $10 cleaning fee will be added to each room that is reserved.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES
Two queen bed accommodations are configured for 4 people and king bed accommodations are configured for 2 people.

AGE LIMITATION
At least one guest must be over 21 years with a valid ID and Credit Card.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Your special preferences, if any, mentioned on your reservation request, will be noted. We will try our best to accommodate your preferences but please know that it may not always be possible. Please call the hotel at 706-878-2689 ext 5 with special requests.

HOT TUB AND JACUZZI RULES
For your health and safety, hot tubs are drained after each guest and refilled the day you check-in. We prefer a minimum 2 night stay in hot tub rooms. We do not guarantee the temperature of the hot tub on 1 night rentals as they take time to reach full temperature.
HOT TUB RULES WILL BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF CHECK IN.

SMOKING RULES
ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR SMOKING IN A ROOM IS $150.00.
YOU MAY SMOKE ON PROPERTY IN THE DESIGNATED AREA.

PET POLICY
We are one of the few hotels in Helen that is pet friendly. We know that pets are part of the family and, for many people, a holiday or a visit to Helen just isn't complete without them.
However, we ask you to carefully review the following pet policy. Since the hotel only offers a limited number of guest rooms that are designated for pets, you must notify the hotel at the time of booking to ensure availability upon check-in.
Failure to notify the hotel at check-in, of bringing a pet on property, will result in possible eviction from the property and a surcharge of $150.00 added to your hotel bill in addition to the daily pet fee of $25.00 per pet per night.
Specifics:
• No pet is to be on hotel property unless a pet room is booked.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 per night, per pet, plus tax is added to all pet rooms.
• Pet owners agree to never leave their pet unattended at any time during their stay at the hotel.
• Pets must be properly controlled at all times.
• Pets must always be on a leash or in a crate while they are in any public or common areas within the hotel.
• The pet owner will be fully responsible for any injuries to the hotel employees or other guests caused by their pets.
• Pet owners must pick up after their pets, or a $150.00 clean-up fee will be added to their credit card.
• The pet owner will be fully responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
PLEASE NOTE: Biting or aggressive animals are not allowed, regardless of muzzle guard or cage.
Pets are not allowed in hot tub or jacuzzi suites.

PARKING
The Heidi Motel parking lots are reserved for guests only. All vehicles must be registered by text to the hotel receptionist. We require the type and color of your vehicle so we can identify your car with our camera.

LOSS PREVENTION
The hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of valuables or other articles from room or vehicle.

DAMAGES TO PREMISES
Guests are responsible to pay for all damages caused to The Heidi Motel properties by themselves or members of their party.

Payment Policy

All reservations must be secured with a minimum deposit of one night’s stay at the time of booking by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. The deposit holds a reservation and is applied to the last night of the scheduled reservation. You will be responsible for payment of the entire reservation upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 7 days before the date of arrival to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel a reservation within the given cancellation period or failure to arrive for a scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of room total.

Booking.com or other 3rd party bookings may offer a “Non-Refundable” Rate. By choosing this rate, a discount has been chosen over the option to cancel the reservation for a refund. No “Non-Refundable” bookings will be refunded.
