Rental Agreement
Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM
Guest agrees to abide by the following Rental Agreement Rules at all times while at the property. Guest further agrees, they shall cause all members of the rental party and/or anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following Rental Agreement Rules at all times while residing at the property:
-No smoking inside the rooms
-No processing game or fish in/on the property
-Pets are only allowed in designated "pet friendly" rooms. (2 Rooms Available)
**If ANY Rental Agreement Rules are broken, there will be a $250.00 FINE for each rule broke, PLUS any damage/replacement expenses**
Sportsmen Motel reserves the right to keep payment information on file, and the ability to charge guests for:
-Damage caused to the property or furnishings during Guest's stay
-Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning - $250.00 CLEANING FEE
-Any other cost incurred for Sportsmen Motel due to Guest's stay
Pet Policy:
If you need a pet friendly room, and are not sure if your room allows pets, please ask now.
SERVICE ANIMALS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO BE PLACED IN A PET FRIENDLY ROOM
Excessive pet hair in beds or pet waste on motel room floor will warrant a $250.00 CLEANING FEE
Pets will be leashed outside the motel room when on the Sportsmen Motel property. Guests shall pick up and dispose of any pet waste on the property.
Payment Policy
PAYMENT POLICY
Guest can choose to pay full amount at the time of reservation or pay upon arrival.
If pay upon arrival is chosen and guest would like to pay with cash or check, please add a note in reservation details or contact the office after booking confirmation.
Please see our cancellation policy should you wish to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
If guests decide to checkout earlier than the original checkout date, payment of the full reservation made at arrival is final-NO REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is:
If guest cancels within 24 hours of reservation confirmation, cancellation is free of charge.
*December 1-August 31*
Cancellation is free of charge 3 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time (or failing to show) we charge you 100% the room rate and full reservation as cancellation fee.
*September 1-November 30*
8+ days prior to “Check-in” - Cancellation is free of charge. After this time (or failing to show) we charge you 100% the room rate of full reservation as cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS if guests decide to check-out early
