Terms & Conditions

Large Groups and Parties -
We do not take bookings from large groups or parties. We cannot accommodate gatherings or groups of any kind. We are very vigilant and have monitored CCTV, so please be aware that you will be asked to leave Heritage with no refund if you do not comply with our rules.
Guests comfort is our top priority and our guests return to Heritage for a relaxing, tranquil stay. We are sad that we have had to put these rules in place however due to a couple of recent incidents, it is a necessary step we have decided to take.

- All bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card or debit card.
- Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
- All prices quoted include VAT and applicable taxes.
- All check ins on a weekend will be prepaid on the Friday prior. Heritage will take payment using your credit/debit card details provided.
- If the check in takes place on a bank holiday Monday, Heritage will take the payment on the last working day prior to the check in.
- All check ins on weekdays will be prepaid on the day. Heritage Suites will take payment using your credit/debit card details provided.
- Check in is from 3pm and departure is 11am. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs may be available subject to prior request and availability.
- Cancelling less than 48 hours prior to check-in from 3pm will incur a charge for one nights stay for bookings made direct or through our website.
- Any bookings made via Booking.com will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after immediately reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.
- Any booking made via Booking.com will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- All public areas and apartments at Heritage are Non Smoking. Apartments that have been smoked in will automatically carry a £100 charge.
- Lost fobs will be charged at £10 and lost keys will be charged at £20 excluding VAT. Staff should be informed immediately should these items be lost for security reasons.
- In the event of malicious, wilful or negligent room or other property damage, Viewstone Ltd will charge the amount of any loss sustained by Viewstone Ltd, including business interruption, to the debit/credit card of the registered customer, this is also applies to missing items. If the payment cannot be taken, Viewstone Ltd will pursue the matter through the civil courts.
- For security reasons, only guests that are booked in are allowed access to the apartments after 10pm. Any other guests will be asked to leave, and the whole party may be asked to vacate immediately.
- In the event that Heritage Lofts receives a complaint regarding Noise levels from your suite, you may be asked to vacate the apartment.
- The codes and security regulations included in the documentation for the self-check in procedure must not be passed to persons other than those authorised to stay in the suite.
- The Suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or any other such events. Each Suite has a maximum occupancy level, which if exceeded, you will be subjected to a penalty charge of £100 and it may lead to your immediate removal from the premises. The maximum occupancy for each apartment is:
• 1 Bedroom - 2 people
• Studio – 2 people
- Where a cot or an additional bed for a child has been supplied, the maximum occupancy will be increased to reflect this.
- For stays longer than 2 nights, a service will be carried out on the third day.
- For additional services which guests can request by phone or by using the door sign provided, there is a £10+VAT charge.
- Heritage Lofts reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
- Heritage Lofts reserves the right to amend a room reservation without prior notice to a suite of an equal or higher standard.
- Guests are able to request the type of apartment they wish to stay in however it is not possible to request a specific room number or suite name as these can change.

Payment Policy

A valid card is required for every stay.

If a booking is made direct or through our website - Payment is taken from this card on the day of your stay, the Friday before a weekend stay or the last working day before a Bank Holiday weekend or holiday. Payment will be taken from 8am. We do not accept cash payments. If card details decline and are not updated before the end of the working day where payment is due, we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking.

Any bookings made via Booking.com will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after immediately reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Direct bookings - 48 hours. Cancelling within this period incurs the full charge for the first night.

Booking.com - Partially refundable. 50% up front charge which is non-refundable. If cancelled within 7 days of date of booking, the remaining 50% will not be charged. Cancelling within the 7 day period incurs the full charge for the entire stay.
