INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS:
Your package includes the following: Luxury lodging with semi-private decks, heated tile floors, & hot drink stations, (b) meals during your stay including a full hot breakfast, boxed lunch for the river, cocktail/appetizers followed by three course gourmet dinner, (c) house bar offerings through dinner and (d) required state lodging tax costs/fees.

Angling is not automatically included - If you added angling to your lodging package, our in-house outfitter (Iron Fly Outfitting) will provide professionally equipped and guided drift boat angling. Jet boat excursions to special permit area Lot G/Land of the Giants must be arranged with outfitter and incur an additional fee. Not included in any packages are premium spirits/wines & gratuities for lodge staff and fishing guides.

Trip insurance: As we are seasonal, we cannot give refunds within 90 days of your trip. For this reason, we HIGHLY recommended trip insurance! It typically must be purchased within 7-14 days of your deposit & you can compare plans at https://www.travelinsurance.com. We recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” coverage.

Shuttles: Due to staff constraints, we do not have a shuttle service of our own. Many guests choose to rent a car for their time here - especially if they will fish at Lot G (Land of the Giants). A number of clients have recommended Epic Taxi & Limousine (406) 961-7136.

Check-In/Out: Check IN is at 4pm, although we can arrange for an earlier self-check in with advance notice. Check OUT is at 10am.

Fishing license: You can visit http://fwp.mt.gov/fish/license/ to get your fishing license online - please purchase before your first day of fishing

Clothing: Seasonally dependent, but layering is always important as temperature swings are not uncommon in any month. Sun protection is also vital!

Alcohol: We have a well stocked bar and quality house offerings included in your package. We have premium offerings for purchase. Unfortunately, our liquor license does NOT allow you to bring your own alcohol into our serving areas.

Gratuities: These are not included in your package, and are completely subjective. For lodge staff, we see a range in gratuities between $25-150/day per guest (all lodge staff share tips) paid at the end of your stay. We typically see area guides tipped $50-$100/day pp, and those are paid daily directly to guides.

Less than 90 days notice, deposit is forfeited, though deposit can be applied to future reservation in the same season (based on availability).
