The Highlander Motel is located in Central Oregon on HWY 97. We are a friendly, family owned business and look forward to having you as a guest.
We are pet friendly AND have a $15 per pet fee, DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON BEDS or a minimum charge of $25 will be added to your room! DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED!
Smoking Marijuana in any room is prohibited and smoking in rooms will be charged a minimum fee off $50
Please do not leave changes or cancellations on the voice mail as someone may not get to it right away, and guest will be charged if under 24 hours., 541-536-2131.

The Staff at Highlander Motel are excited that you have chosen to stay with us in our friendly little city of La Pine, OR. We are confident you will be pleased with your stay with us. Please take a moment to review your reservation for information accuracy. We do not alloy the use of Marijuana , tobacco or vapes in our rooms and will charge for any smoking , oils or other issues with the use of the marijuana, vapes and tobacco.

Check in is at 4pm but can be arranged to be earlier, please call the day prior of arrival to check on availability or the room. Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is available for an additional charge.

Highlander Motel is a privately held company and take pride in our small family business. We live on site as well for your convenience. We also have a small gas station on site and an employee can be found there as well , making sure we can help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During our busy season we may not answer phone right away, please give us a moment and call back. Do not leave cancellations on voice mail . We reserve the right to refuse service and we are not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items during your stay with us. We ask that you please secure all items.

We are pet friendly and have a $15 per pet fee. We ask that pets not be left unattended and are not allowed on beds!!! A minimum charge of $25 will be added if pets are on the beds. Thank you for understanding. DO NOT LEAVE PETS ALONE IN ROOM !!

Marijuana smoking and any use is prohibited in ALL rooms and a fee of $50 will be charged for any uses , smoking in a non smoking room will also occur a $50 fee!

Minimum $50 cleaning charge if room is in need of deep cleaning after your stay.

Room service upon request during housekeeper hours. 9am-2pm

Payment Policy

Payment due upon arrival. $15 pet fee for each pet.
PET POLICY: Friendly pets are welcomed , however guest are responsible for their pets and will be charged 100% if any damage occurs.DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED No pets allowed on the beds.
Minimum $50 cleaning charge if room is in need of deep cleaning after your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hour notice prior to arrival . Less notice will incur a fee equal to one night stay plus tax.

NO SHOW POLICY: No shows will be charged at 100% of the amount of a one night stay pus tax. Please DO NOT LEAVE a message on a voice mail to cancel.
