Himwitsa Lodge
The Himwitsa Lodge is First Nations owned and operated by Lewis and Cathy George for over 25 years.
The Himwitsa Lodge is comprised of 5 beautiful suites over looking the inner harbor of Tofino, in the heart of Clayoquot Sound. All suites have kitchenettes, full bath and shower. All are equipped with WiFi, satellite TV, electric fireplaces and stunning views. All, but the Standard Queen Suite, have a private hot tub on the balcony.
Come put your feet up and enjoy the variety of west coast wildlife that mingle together right off your balcony! You can see bald eagles, sea otters, land otters, harbor seals and if you are very lucky, killer whales and grey whales!!!

Checking in:
You will check-in at the desk inside the House of Himwitsa Native Art Gallery.
You may check-in to your room any time after 3pm.
If you have arrived after the gallery has closed for the day here is the contact number to call - 1-250-726-5069 Lewis George the owner will come and check you in as soon as he received your call.
We will arrive a couple of minutes of receiving your call.
Checking out:
Check-out is at 11am.
Maid Service:
YOUR PRIVACY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US UNLESS WE SEE THE MAID SERVICE ON THE OUTSIDE DOOR WE WILL NOT DISTURB YOU.
NO PETS are allowed in any of the rooms during your stay. A $200 Cleaning Fee will be charged to your credit card on file. This is simply because we have lots of guest with allergies to certain animals.
No Smoking of any kind will be tolerated in any of the rooms or decks. (E-Cigarettes/Vapes, Cigarettes, Cigars or Marijuana. A $200 Cleaning Fee will be charged to your credit card on file to get the room deep cleaned.

Payment Policy
At the time of your booking, we will charge your credit card that you have provided us with a 30% Deposit.
The remaining 70% will be charged to that same credit card on the 1st of the Month that your booking falls in.
We do accept cash payments for all walk-in guests but we do require a valid credit card number to be on file.
Rates are subject to the current tax rates in Canada and are subject to change to keep in accordance with the current Canadian Tax Laws upon time of check-in.
Check-in is any time after 4pm.
Check-out is at 11am.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If your reservation is a “No Show” the price of the full reservation is kept.
