Homely Apartments reserve the right to charge you an additional fee of £100 for additional cleaning costs should the apartment not be returned in an acceptable condition.
Any damage to any part of the apartment or any of the fixtures and fittings will be charged to you at the relevant rate including any business interruption losses. Costs will be debited from the payment details supplied when booking / checking in.
This building is non-smoking.
If we become aware that an apartment (or any area) has been smoked in, we will charge you an automatic fee of £100.00.
The apartments are located within or near residential areas. You are asked to respect other guests in the building you are occupying and in the general location of the building by not creating or allowing excessive noise or unruly behavior. Breach of this condition will entitle Homely Apartments to ask you to leave the apartment immediately without any refund.
You are responsible for the apartment during your stay - common sense should be applied at all times.
The person(s) whose name is on the booking and who originally made the booking is responsible for all individuals in your apartment during your stay, whether they are associated or not associated with you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all items in the apartment are not damaged and are in good working order at all times. You must report to Homely Apartments any broken or damaged items as soon as possible after gaining entry to the relevant apartment.
For maintenance issues during a stay, Homely Apartments may need to enter an apartment. The appropriate notice will be given and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
£50 per person security deposit. This will be returned upon check out if no damage or noise complaints.

Payment Policy
Payment will be taken from your bank account 7 days before you arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up until 7 days before you arrive. Any time after this the reservation will be charged in full.
