Our EVERGREEN TOWNHOMES are located 1-mile off-site from Homer Inn & Spa. These side-by-side townhouses are ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to the ocean... with galleries, museum, restaurants, and coffee shops en-route. Each townhome is 1200 sq. ft., two story, and each offer three bedrooms, balconies or decks, two full baths, living room/dining area, and completely outfitted kitchens for your convenience. With two master bedrooms each with king beds and private balconies, it is perfect for two couples exploring Alaska together. And with a petite third bedroom with queen bed, they also accommodate a family or group easily.

Guests rooms catering to couples and unique thermal spa.
All rooms are non-smoking. An additional fee will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT: All major credit cards accepted. (American Express 1.5% surcharge.)

DEPOSIT: 50% deposit at time of booking.
Declined Credit Card: If not resolved within 48 hrs of booking, your reservation will be cancelled.

BALANCE DUE: Your balance, plus the 7.85% Homer area sales tax, will be collected 30 days prior to your arrival.

HIGH SEASON MULTIPLE ROOMS: Balance due 60 days prior to arrival and will be charged to card on file.

GROUPS: Balance due 90 days ahead and will be charged to your card on file.

LONG STAYS: With a reservation length of four days or longer, your balance will be due 90 days prior to arrival and charged to card on file.

PAYMENT PROBLEMS: We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if a credit card is invalid, and we are unable to process the final 50% that is due as listed above before your arrival.

CANCEL WITHOUT REFUND: We will attempt to reach you via the phone number or the e-mail address given if your credit card is declines or invalid but will cancel the reservation within 48 hours if not resolved ANY any deposits paid to that point will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

HIGH SEASON: May - Sept 30 days.
MULTIPLE ROOMS: 60 days.
GROUPS: 90 days.
HOLIDAYS: 30 days.
SHOULDER SEASON: Oct - Apr 14 days.

PROCESSING FEE: 10% of reservation for rooms cancelled prior to their non-refundable cancellation window.

TRIP INSURANCE: Many Credit Card companies include or offer Trip Insurance. Check with your card company to see! Alternately, www.SquareMouth.com gives you quotes from 100s of companies to choose from! We use them all the time for our own personal travel adventures. We will work with your travel insurance company to make sure you get the maximum refund on any lost travel expenses.

NOTE: We have a strict cancellation policy that is in line with other boutique seasonal facilities. We simply don't have the marketing power of chain hotels to refill rooms. Thanks for your understanding!
