Mediante la firma del presente documento, nos autoriza a cargar en su tarjeta bancaria, facilitada en el momento de la reserva o check-in, el importe total de la estancia y gastos derivados de la misma, incluso con posterioridad a la salida. By signing this document, you hereby grant us authorisation to charge the total amount of your stay and the costs associated with it to the provided card at the time of reservation or check-in, even after check-out.

SEGURIDAD Y RÉGIMEN INTERNO
HEALTH AND SAFETY

1. Es obligación del cliente abonar todos los servicios contratados. El alojamiento se reserva el derecho de solicitar a la entrada del cliente una tarjeta de crédito como garantía de pago y de solicitar el pago de los servicios por adelantado.
The client is obligated to pay for each service used. The property reserves the right to ask for a credit card on check in as a guarantee, as well as to charge it in advance.

2. Los huéspedes no podrán introducir en las habitaciones a personas o animales sin autorización previa.
Guests are not allowed to bring any other person or animal into the rooms without a previous authorisation.

3. No podrán introducirse armas ni ningún otro material peligroso en las habitaciones sin autorización previa del personal.
Guests are not allowed to bring weapons or any others items considered dangerous into their rooms without authorisation.

4. Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en las habitaciones. Las infracciones podrán sancionarse con 30 € de multa, acorde con lo establecido en la Ley 42/2010 por la que se modifica la Ley 28/2005 (artículo 19.2.a).
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms. Violations may be sanctioned with a fine of 30 €, in accordance with the provisions of Law 42/2010 amending Law 28/2005 (article 19.2.a).

5. El cliente no podrá causar molestias a terceros, especialmente en horario nocturno (23:00 — 08:00). Se deberá abandonar la habitación antes de las 12:00. Las infracciones podrán sancionarse con 25 € de multa.
Guests will keep the noise down, especially at night (11 pm - 8 am). Check-out must be before 12:00 noon. Violations may be sanctioned with a fine of 25 €.

6. El alojamiento no se hace responsable de ningún objeto que no hubiese sido declarado previamente ni de ningún daño causado por la incorrecta utilización de sus instalaciones.
The property is not responsable for the stolen or lost goods that have not been reported previously, or for any damage caused by misuse of the facilities.

7. El cliente debe comunicar a recepción cualquier incidente que pueda afectar a la seguridad del establecimiento.
Guests are obliged to inform the reception of any incident that may affect the security of themselves or others.

8. El cliente es responsable del pago correspondiente a los extravíos, hurtos o daños que cause en las instalaciones.
El hotel se reserva el derecho a ejecutar el cargo por los daños causados, en la tarjeta entregada como garantía.
Guests are responsible for the payment of any loss or damage caused to the facilities or furniture. The hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount for any damage caused to the card provided as a guarantee.

9. El alojamiento se reserva el derecho de dar por terminado el servicio de hospedaje, cuando se infrinjan las prohibiciones señaladas, sin que el huésped causante de ellas tenga derecho a reducción alguna en su adeudo por los servicios recibidos.
The property reserves the right to terminate the accommodation service when the above-mentioned prohibitions are violated, without the guest who has caused them being entitled to any reduction in his payment for the services received.

10. En caso de no comunicar ninguna incidencia hasta el check out, se entenderá que el servicio contratado se ha recibido de manera satisfactoria.
In case of not communicating any incident until check out, it will be understood that the contracted service has been received in a satisfactory manner.

Payment Policy

The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation during the 5 days prior to the arrival date.

Hostal Boreal Mistral reserves the right to pre-authorize customers' credit cards prior to arrival.

Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.

Room number assignment is provisional and may be subject to change according to availability.

Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival.

The total price of the reservation will have to be paid if it is cancelled during the 5 days prior to the arrival date.
