Our reception is not staffed 24 hours a day, so you must send us your estimated arrival time on WhatsApp (0034)933 021 105 or email info@hostalnitzsbcn.com no later than 24 hours before the arrival date, please.

In some cases (depending on arrival time) you will do a self-check-in. We will send you the information on how to do this 48 hours before your arrival date or when we have received your estimated arrival time.
