GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
According to Title II of Law 8/2012 July 19th of Tourism of the Balearic Islands, Regina has the following rules of procedure, which is obligatory for all customers and users of said establishment. Breach of rules of procedure by users and customers may lead to the termination of the agreement signed between the parties, as well as the application of additional charges to users and customers affected by said resolution as a cancellation of reservation.
GENERAL DISPOSITIONS
1.- Users and clients of Regina are considered by this Regulation, any person who uses, by virtue of a previous contract or not, the facilities and services offered in the establishment, without prejudice to what can be provided by the legislation in force in the matter of consumers and users and other applicable legislation.
2.- Users of Regina have the obligation to pay the amount of services contracted, when the invoice has been given.
3.- It may be established, at the discretion of the hotel management, a deposit of € 300 per person to cover any material damages suffered in the facilities and personal property of Regina that have been caused by users and guests during their stay. If the value of the damages exceeds the total amount of the guarantee given at the beginning of the stay, the resulting difference must be paid by the client before the abandonment or eviction of the establishment.
All this, without prejudice to the actions that the establishment may bring against those responsible for damages in defense of their rights.
4.- The reservation of the accommodation begins at 15:00 on the first day of the contracted period, and ends at 12:00 on the day indicated for departure, for possible changes it is necessary to inform the establishment of it, reserving Regina the right to add charges to the user account for the inconvenience caused.
5.- The stay in the accommodation unit (rooms) will not be allowed to more people of the contracted ones, nor will they be able to register in number superior to the maximum capacity of each room and/or apartment.
Given the first case, the fee set by the extra occupant will be paid, as well as the possible deposit required, and in the second Regina will exercise the admission rights, which assists him, evicting all occupants of the housing unit.
In the case of the said eviction, the establishment has the right to resolve the accommodation contract of the evicted user(s), as well as to claim any damages that may have resulted from the behavior of the users.
6.- Room cleaning service will be change of bed sheets and towels every 3 days and daily cleaning of bathroom. The schedule will be between 12:00 and 15:00 hours. Outside the set timetable, no cleaning service is provided in the rooms. Clients who do not wish to be disturbed during cleaning time should use the poster provided in each private room for this purpose.
7.- It is forbidden to smoke in the whole establishment, except for the open spaces in it.
8.- It is not allowed to take food, food or drinks from the dining rooms, nor take it to the rooms.
9.- The access of persons accompanied by animals is prohibited, with the exception of persons accompanied by guide dogs, as established by Law 1/2014, of 21 February, of assistance dogs of the Balearic Islands.
10.- According to Law 7/13 of 26 November on the legal regime for the installation, access and exercise of activities in the Balearic Islands, access and permanence of persons in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases:
a) When established capacity has been completed with the users that are inside the premises or establishment.
b) When closing time of the establishment is exceeded.
c) When it lacks the minimum age established to access the premises, according to current regulations.
d) When a person manifests violent attitudes, especially when he behaves in an aggressive way or provokes altercations, causes dangerous situations, discomfort to other assistants or does not meet hygiene conditions.
e) When a person carries arms or objects capable of being used as such, unless in accordance with the provisions of the applicable specific regulations, they are members of the Security Forces.
f) When a person is consuming drugs, narcotic or psychotropic substances or they show symptoms of having consumed them, as well as those that show signs or behaviours of being drunk.
g) When it causes noises that disturb the normal development of the establishment.
h) When it does not adopt measures or attitudes against the health and cleanliness of the establishment.
i) When it is against the normal social coexistence of the establishment.
11.- However, in the cases described above, the person is obliged to pay the expenses that he has generated until the moment of the prohibition to access or stay in the establishment. Also, no refund will be done for the accommodation and pension provided.
12.- It is not possible to reserve services of the establishment or of the accommodation units if the payment made by the customer or user does not conform to the rates and prices offered by Regina.
13.- The circulation and stay inside the establishment, will only be in the places reserved for the clients, so they can’t access in any case, to spaces reserved by other Regina users or private spaces of limited access only to the staff of the establishment.
14 .- To access to Regina, requires formal outfit at any time of the day, not being allowed to entry with bathing suit, without shoes or shirt.
15.- The use of the furniture at the terrace areas existing in the establishment may be used by users and clients of Regina, at any time, with the only limitation of the time when these spaces remain closed to the public.
16.- The establishment is only responsible for valuables, according to the rental conditions of the safe, which is why Regina suggests to all users and clients that deposit all valuables in the safe or locker of your room and/or apartment.
17.- It is not allowed to use towels and other items of the room for outdoor use.
18.- It is expressly prohibited, at any time of day and may be grounds for enforcement of said admission right, in the establishment:
Make use of music equipment whose volume may disturb other customers, as well as the use of speakers, megaphones or similar; Use pyrotechnic material within any area of the facility; Move chairs, tables, hammocks or any furniture from your usual place to any other location; Meet in common areas for the consumption of alcoholic beverages; Non-registered guests are accommodated at the entrance; Hang any type of garment or towel on the balconies and windows of the establishment
19.- The schedule of some activity/service offered by Regina, may vary according to the time of year, this fact will be informed in a timely manner to the client.
20.- Any damage to the furniture, utensils, etc., which the management considers to have been intentional, will be charged to the customer's invoice and Regina reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the establishment immediately.
21.- Penalties stipulated by the establishment:
• € 15 in case of loss of the locker key. • € 10 in case of loss of towel or return in bad conditions. • € 50 if the guest has smoked inside Regina areas where is forbidden, according to Spanish Law 42/2010, 30th of December .
22.- The establishment has at its disposal the Official claim forms to exercise its right. However, the lodging of any claim by the user does not exempt from paying the corresponding invoice in relation to the services consumed.
The Management of the establishment requests that:
• Watch over your luggage. Do not leave it unattended.
• Make sure that the door and windows are securely closed when leaving the room or apartment, even if it is for a short period of time.
• Keep the door closed when in the apartment and be sure to close the balcony or windows, especially while sleeping.
• Close your luggage when not in use and place it in your locker. If the luggage has a lock, always use it.
• Protect the key from your room and always return it on the day of your check out.
• Do not allow maintenance personnel to enter your apartment if they are not identified.
• If you discover any deterioration or anomaly, notify Reception.
• Use the facilities appropriately, respecting the furniture and the amount of furniture in the hotel.
• Respect the schedules stipulated for the use of the different facilities.

Payment Policy
