Property Information
Alpenchalet Weidhaus-Spiher in Gstaad offers panoramic mountain views, free WiFi and a quiet location surrounded by nature. After a 20-minute walk you can reach the center of Gstaad. In the car-free village center you will find numerous restaurants and shops that invite you to stroll. You can park your car for free in front of the Alpenchalet Weidhaus-Spiher.
The completely wooden chalet offers various units for rent. Among other things: A modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a balcony with panoramic mountain views. Furthermore, studios with kitchens and single rooms with wet rooms are offered. On request and for larger groups, we recommend renting the entire chalet. Raclette and fondue facilities are also available.
In summer you can use the barbecue facilities in the garden and enjoy cozy summer evenings with family and friends with a soft drink, beer or glass of wine. The property offers a small mini and snack bar.
You can reach the Wispile ski slope in just five minutes on foot. Good skiers and snowboarders can even ski to the Alpenchalet Weidhaus. Families with children enjoy our swing, our lovely pets or various playful activities around the house. We speak German, French and English. Stay healthy with fresh Gstaad mountain air!

1. General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to your booking made via this booking system. For special inquiries, we recommend that you contact us directly via email or telephone.
2. Booking
Every booking of a residential unit with this internet-based booking system is made directly and without an intermediary agent with Alpenchalet Weidhaus.
3. Lodging Agreement and Payment
The accommodation contract is concluded directly between you and Alpenchalet Weidhaus during the reservation. The room price confirmed by us must be paid in advance, unless otherwise instructed by Alpenchalet Weidhaus.
Payment is due within five days after the reservation has been received, unless other agreements have been made. If payment is delayed, Alpenchalet Weidhaus is entitled to cancel the reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the entire amount due must always be paid.
All obligations and rights arising from the accommodation contract exist directly and exclusively between the person making the booking and Alpenchalet Weidhaus.
The reservation is made at the time of booking and is valid without confirmation. A confirmation is usually automatically sent to the booker by the booking platform (e.g. booking.com) by e-mail as brief information. Alpenchalet Weidhaus does not assume any obligations arising from grievances caused by technical failures. The effectiveness of the bookings remains unaffected.
4. Effect of the reservation
The booked reservation will be maintained by Alpenchalet Weidhaus for the agreed period of time. If the accommodation is not canceled or if the accommodation is not attended, Alpenchalet Weidhaus may charge for any costs incurred.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to bookings: to avoid any misunderstandings, all changes must be made by phone, email or fax. Changes can also be made directly via the booking system if this service is offered by Alpenchalet Weidhaus.
Cancellation of bookings: the cancellation is only effective if it has been received by Alpenchalet Weidhaus via a recognized booking system, by e-mail or by telephone.
6. Data protection
The data entered by the customer are electronically processed by the reservation system. This data will only be passed on to the extent necessary for a booking. It will not be passed on for other purposes. In particular, the legal data protection regulations are observed during data processing.
7. Miscellaneous
Alpenchalet Weidhaus assumes no liability for any errors that occur while maintaining the usual caution.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are exclusively subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the domicile of Alpenchalet Weidhaus.
