Terms & Conditions
Check in from 3pm-8pm. LATE CHECK-INS are available and must be coordinated in advance by emailing us. Check out before 11am. Quiet hours in the Hostel are from midnight until 8am, please be respectful of other hostel guests. For the safety of others, no outside guests are allowed.
Towels and linens are provided. No outside bedding allowed (pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, etc). Lockers in dorm rooms are available for free but you must bring your own lock or you can purchase at reception. Accommodations are available only to guests from outside a 30 mile radius of the hostel. A maximum stay of 14 nights within a 6 month period. Parking passes can be purchased for additional fee, space is limited.
All guest rooms are located on the first and second floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy. All rooms are non-smoking, for safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding. Designated smoking areas available outside.
Payment Policy
There is a 18% Hotel Occupancy tax applied. A refundable deposit of $5 is required at check in for room key cards. A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online. NO CASH accepted onsite.
SXSW reservations are paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours before your arrival or one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. Prepayment is non-refundable.
SXSW Cancellations must be made with in 30 days before your arrival or payment is non-refundable.
