Casa Madero Hotel - Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations and Payments:
All reservations are subject to availability and must be made through our website, digital platforms or by direct contact with the hotel.
To secure your reservation, we require valid payment information and a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay, which will be charged upon booking.
The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival or at check-in.
We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown available on our website.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours before the arrival date will not have a penalty.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival date will be charged 100% of the stay.
In case of no-show or early departure, no refunds will be offered.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy:
Check-in time is from 15:00 p.m. at 19:00 p.m.
After that time, notify us to enter with a password.
Check-out must be done before 12:00 p.m.
Additional late check-out charges may apply depending on availability and departure time.
Guest Responsibility: a. Guests are responsible for maintaining and caring for all hotel facilities and furniture in good condition and care.
Any damage caused to hotel property during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and the corresponding repair or replacement cost will be charged.
