HOTELITO AZUL BOOKING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions for Hotelito Azul Tulum:

RATES AND DEPOSIT
Rates are based on your selected stay period and quoted in USD.
Rates are for double occupancy; the maximum number of guests may vary by villa.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests and extra beds ($107.10 USD per night).
Pets are allowed with a fee of $25 USD per night, and a $100 USD deposit is required at the time of check in. This deposit is refundable if no damage occurs. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.
If a reservation is made at an incorrect rate, the hotel reserves the right to either modify or cancel the reservation at its discretion. If such a situation occurs, the hotel will contact you directly to address it.

ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
You must be at least 18 years old to check-in and register for a room.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

EARLY ARRIVAL & LATE DEPARTURE
For early arrivals, our Front Desk can store your luggage until check-in.
If you expect to arrive early, we recommend reserving a room for the evening before your planned arrival date.
Late check-outs are available upon request, subject to availability and occupancy.
To inquire about the possibility of a late check-out, kindly contact the Hotel's Front Desk at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. A half-day room charge may apply for late check-out between 12 pm and 6 pm, while a full-day room charge may apply for late check-out after 6 pm.

CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation.
The credit or debit card used for reservation will be charged according to the reservation policies.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Exchange rates may apply, based on the prevailing rate at check-out.

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION TERMS
By making this reservation, you authorize Hotelito Azul Tulum to charge your card in USD or Mexican Pesos, based on the exchange rate set by the Hotel.
Any changes to your reservation must be requested in advance and are subject to rates, restrictions, and availability.
By completing this transaction, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations are considered as final and non-refundable. Additionally, you commit to refraining from initiating chargebacks or similar claims with any financial institutions.
Please be aware that the hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any damages or missing items.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
For group bookings of 10 rooms or more, please contact us directly at reservations@hotelitoazul.mx

FURTHER INFORMATION
Gatherings and parties are not permitted, and the hotel reserves the right to remove extra occupants from the room.
Consumption of outside food and beverages is strictly prohibited in the restaurants and bar areas.
Reservations are non-transferable, and changes are not allowed.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of one extra bed.

DISCLOSURE
By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and accept the Hotelito Azul Tulum's standard terms and conditions.
The hotel may cancel the reservation at its discretion if it believes the provided information is false or incomplete.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless from any liability or loss arising from the reservation.
The hotel shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of the reservation cancellation by the Hotel.
You authorize the hotel to charge your credit card for property damages or outstanding bills at on-site facilities.
Tax and fee policies: The prices displayed may include fees, taxes or tax recovery charges. Such fees, taxes or tax recovery charges may include amounts associated with value-added tax or value-added fees, goods and services tax, sales tax, occupancy tax and other taxes of a similar nature and, payable directly at the property upon arrival.

Payment Policy

• The total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

•Christmas & New Year (Dec 15th to Jan 15th), a non refundable payment of 100% of the reservation is required at time of booking.

Please let us know what time you plan to arrive at the hotel. If you have not arranged transportation and would like us to help you with it, please contact us at reservations@hotelitoazul.mx We will be happy to arrange transportation from the airport for you.

IMPORTANT: For your booking to be confirmed, you must remit a Wire Transfer Confirmation to reservations@hotelitoazul.mx within 48 hours of your booking. Please, note that credit cards are accepted for any dining experience at our incredible onsite restaurants: Olivia Organic Market and Agave Mexican Cuisine, but your room must be paid at the time of booking via wire transfer.

Please also note that the credit card you submitted at the time of booking will only be used as a guarantee for your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will not be subject to refunds. A credit certificate equivalent to your reservation will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior check in date. Certificates last one year and are not transferable.

• DEPOSIT/PAYMENT non-refundable if cancelled or no show for any reason including by personal choice (i.e. change of work schedules, illness, death, etc.) acts of God or nature (weather, disasters), terrorism alerts, travel warnings, flight changes or delays, etc. or any others which are not the direct responsibility of Hotelito Azul Tulum.

• Hotelito Azul recommends to all of our clients that insurance is purchased to protect your investment from any unforeseen circumstances, check travel insurance with your credit card company or from reputable insurance agencies in your hometown.

• No refunds or credit will be granted for early checkouts nor no shows.
