✓ Once payment for accommodation, reservations, and other hotel services has been made, there is no room for claims or refunds.

✓ Guests displaying aggressive, threatening behavior, or showing disrespect in any form, whether towards staff or other guests, must leave the hotel immediately and will be reported to the competent authority. The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.
✓ The hotel is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage caused by third parties to the vehicle or the total or partial loss of its accessories while inside and/or outside the parking area.
✓ Only the person registered in the hotel is considered a guest.
✓ The guest agrees to return the room in the condition it was received.
✓ Any damage or deterioration caused by the guest within the premises will be assumed by the holder.
✓ Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the rooms, restaurant, lobby, and hallways (Tobacco Control Law, art. No.6). Failure to comply will result in an additional charge for laundry and dry cleaning of curtains, bedspreads, blankets, etc., of *$100.00.*
✓ Guests must leave the key to their room at the reception every time they leave the hotel and at check-out. Failure to do so will result in a *$20.00* charge if the guest loses it.
✓ To expedite check-out, please notify 10 minutes in advance for the preparation of your bill.
✓ The guest agrees to return any hotel property that has been borrowed in the condition it was received. Otherwise, they will have to cover the cost of repair, or in case of total or partial loss, the cost will be determined by the hotel.
✓ All visits must be informed in advance at reception.
✓ Upon the departure of the registered guest, any visitor they receive must leave the room and identify themselves.
✓ The number of people in a room is determined by the type of room selected.
✓ Items left in custody cannot exceed 30 days.
✓ Any item left as collateral will be taken into custody and may be sold or auctioned by the hotel within 30 days from the delivery date (custody).
✓ The company may sell, auction, or give away such items after the deadline (30 days).
✓ Any item in custody will be delivered only to the owner or with prior written authorization from the owner to a third party.
✓ It is prohibited to introduce any harmful substances into the rooms, etc.
✓ The hotel day begins at 02:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. After this time, it will be assumed that the guest will stay another night and will be charged accordingly.
✓ I authorize the company to remove my luggage from the room if I have not checked out before 12:00 p.m. without any claim.
✓ To ensure the use of the room, stay, and accommodation, the cost of the room must be paid one day in advance.
✓ Any payment made after noon will be updated to the rack rate (normal rate).
✓ The payment for half-day stay will have a maximum check-out time of 7:00 p.m., and the payment will be calculated based on 50% of the rack rate (normal).
✓ Accommodation payments cannot be used to cover restaurant or bar expenses under any circumstances.
✓ Firearms and sharp objects are prohibited within the hotel premises and must be reported at reception to be stored.
✓ Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
✓ Proper swimwear is mandatory to enter the pool.
✓ Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
✓ Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
✓ Urinating or defecating in the pool is prohibited.
✓ Eating and drinking in the water are not allowed.
✓ Smoking in the pool area is prohibited.
✓ We reserve the right to allow pets, only small breed dogs and cats are admitted, which must remain at all times with their identification collar and leash.
✓ Pets must always be on a leash and under the care of their owner.
✓ Any damage or harm caused or attributable to the pet to third parties, hotel property, and/or property will be the responsibility of the owner, who will be obligated to cover the expenses or repair of resulting damages.
✓ We try to accommodate the guest and their pet as best as possible; however, our priority is always the guest. Please do not bring dogs that habitually bark too much or are aggressive towards people or other pets. Complaints from guests will be taken very seriously, and it will be the administration's decision to terminate the room rental contract, applying an impartial criterion. A deposit payment may be required upon check in to secure us for any incidental charges. The amount will be returned upon check-out if you did not incur any extra charges during your stay.
This deposit will be deducted from your final Property bill when checking out from the Property.

At check-in we may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine that you may be likely to incur during your stay. This pre-authorisation may also include an amount to cover a security bond/deposit for damages or incidental charges you may incur during your stay
The amount we pre-authorise will depend on the length of your stay. No money is taken from your credit card; however, it will show as a pending transaction. The authorisation of your card will last the length of your stay. Card refunds generally take between 3-10 working days to process, and pre-authorisation releases take up to 31 days to process, depending on the individual bank policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.

Non Refundable Rate: (please choose 1 option)
For non refundable bookings, no cancellation or changes are possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
OR
As we are a small business, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is:
14+ days prior to “Check-in” - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
