**STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

*PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:*
After making your reservation, we will be sending you a link during the course of the day for you to make the payment for your reservation.
You must complete the payment within the next 24 hours (after receiving the payment link) to ensure that your reservation is honored.

1. **No meetings or parties of any kind are allowed in the room.** The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

2. **This reservation is non-transferable.**

3. **In case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night's stay (including applicable government taxes) will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised terms of the offer.**

4. **The property reserves the right to expel guests from the premises due to their conduct or behavior, or for reasons of safety, security, or medical concerns. This applies particularly if guests do not follow instructions given by the property staff, express themselves in a discriminatory manner, harass, or endanger other guests.**

5. **Guests are not allowed to compromise the health, safety, and security aspects of the property at any time.**

6. **Guests must present an original proof of identity upon arrival at the property.**

7. **Special offer terms will apply to respective reservations, and in case of conflict, the terms of such special offers shall prevail.**

8. **In case of conflict in the actual invoice provided after the receipt of services, the terms of the invoice shall prevail.**

9. **Cleanliness and hygiene must be properly maintained by the guest. The guest must always adhere to the safety, hygiene, and security advice provided by the property and must avoid violating them. The guest shall be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.**

10. **All property assets and valuables must be properly maintained and must not be damaged or destroyed. The property has the discretion to charge fees in the future if it is conclusively proven that such damage/destruction to the property assets (both movable and immovable) has been caused by the guest.**

11. **If you have allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to: any particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the property management before arrival.**

12. **Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room or the property can store your valuables upon request. The property is entitled to charge a fee for the storage of these items.**

13. **In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the property before storing them. The property may refuse to store such valuable items.**

14. **Management and staff work hard to provide a safe environment. We do our best to ensure a safe environment is maintained and request our guests to do the same. The property is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or misplaced while on the premises due to acts and omissions of the guests themselves.**

15. **Lost items found on the premises are logged and kept in a secure location. Subsequently, items are either disposed of or donated to charitable organizations. The property accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check-out are retained only until the close of business on that day.**

16. **The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of changes, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this website. Please refer to the latest information posted here for any updates.**

17. **We make our best efforts to ensure that reservation arrangements are satisfactory. However, the property accepts no responsibility for any financial or other loss, travel delay, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbances, defects in vehicles, strikes, thefts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, war, fires, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authority, changes in government regulations, accidents, or machinery or equipment failures or maintenance requirements or industrial actions.**

18. **Airport transportation is provided as a complimentary service, and the property is not responsible for any incidents that may occur to guests during such transits.**

Payment Policy

At check-in we may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine that you may be likely to incur during your stay. This pre-authorisation may also include an amount to cover a security bond/deposit for damages or incidental charges you may incur during your stay
The amount we pre-authorise will depend on the length of your stay. No money is taken from your credit card; however, it will show as a pending transaction. The authorisation of your card will last the length of your stay. Card refunds generally take between 3-10 working days to process, and pre-authorisation releases take up to 31 days to process, depending on the individual bank policies.

Depending on the prepaid rate you have booked, prepayment of the full amount may be required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate:
Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.
