The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager and/or operator of the hotel or its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.

Guests who make use of the parking facilities at Living Hotel Lion's Eye do so at their own risk. The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any damage or theft to guest vehicles.

Guests will be liable for any and all damage caused in their room or the property during their stay. It is advisable to not move any room, deck or balcony furniture without consulting the staff. Any furniture that has picked up damage as a result of being moved around, the guest in question will be liable for the full cost of repair for the item concerned.

All Valuables and Cash should be safely stored in the rooms safe at all times. The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any valuables or cash going missing from guest rooms, bags or luggage. Guest are responsible to ensure they room doors, windows and sliding doors are closed and locked when not in the room. No refund and or discount will be offered in the event when guests claim money and or valuables stolen.

No parties, events or gatherings allowed. No exceptions. Guests in breach of this golden rule will be asked to leave the property. No music on Bluetooth speakers will be allowed anywhere in the property.

Breakfast service will start at 07:30 and finish at 10:00. Guests checking out are advised to make provision to have breakfast earlier to ensure they make the check out time.

Check out is strictly at 10:00.

Living Hotel Lion's Eye reserves the right of admission and may ask any guest to leave the property without a refund should the The owner, manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives find it appropriate to do so.

Payment due immediately for guests whom have booked a non-refundable rate policy.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival unless the guest has booked a non-refundable rate policy at which case a full cancellation fee will apply upon cancellation, irrespective the reason and duration of the cancellation.

Date changes are only allowed inside the cancellation window. No date changes on non-refundable bookings are allowed.

Cancellation needs to be submitted in writing to calvin@living-hotels.com Wherever there is a refund of funds due such refund may take between 7 and 21 working days to be processed. This processing time is at the bank and Living Hotel Lion's Eye cannot do anything to speed up this process.
