Open All Year Round: Yes
Smoking: No smoking in buildings. Outside only, and away from entrances and windows.
Drinking: No alcohol outside. In room only.
Illegal Activity: No illegal activity allowed on the property.
Pets: No
Noise: Please keep outside noise to minimum out of respect for our neighbors and other guests.
Disabled Access: Ground floor room -- easy one-level access with no stairs at all. Second floor room is accessed by stairs.

Key access code will be texted to you prior to your arrival using the phone number provided when you book the room. If that phone number changes, please be sure to communicate with us at least 24-72 hours prior to arrival so we can work out an alternative plan to get you the key code.

The building entrance door locks and is common to both rooms, and each room has its own locking door.

Face wipes and face tissue provided for removing make-up. Please don't use our towels or wash cloths for removing make-up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum Stay: 2 nights on weekends (Please contact us if it is less than 5 days to arrival and rooms are still available -- we'll be glad to rent for 1 night on weekend at that point.)

Room rates do not include 15% city, county and state hotel taxes.

Room rates are for 1 or 2 people in a room. Additional charge of $25/person (includes adults and children, but not infants) for 2nd floor Room with Loft.

Feb 2018 Update: Per City of Waco, maximum occupancy is 2 adults for Ground Floor Room, and 4 adults for Second Floor Room with Loft. Children do not count toward maximum occupancy with regard to city code. (Example: 3 adults and 2 children are allowed in 2nd Floor room; but 5 adults are not allowed for that room. Call us if you have any questions!)

Please leave all Hymnsinger House furnishings, towels or bedding, kitchen items, dining ware, decorations or other items in the room. Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages (including smoking in the building) caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by manager.

Hymnsinger House is privately owned and operated. We welcome all responsible guests, and we also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Housekeeping: If staying more than 2 nights, housekeeping and fresh towels available upon request. If special needs come up during your stay, let us know how we can help.

BREAKFAST: When you book your room, you can choose from two options for breakfast (included in room price). If you are staying more than one night, write us a note in the COMMENTS section of booking page to let us know what you want -- for example, you might want Gift Certificate for Day 1 and Continental Breakfast for Day 2.

$10 Gift Certificate per person to World Cup Cafe and Fair Trade Market (for breakfast, lunch, coffee bar or fair trade shopping). Please note that World Cup hours are Mon-Fri 7am-2pm (breakfast menu 7a-11a and lunch menu 11a-2p); Sat 8am-2pm (breakfast menu only on Saturdays); Fair Trade Market shopping and coffee bar are open during cafe hours, plus Mon-Fri 2-5pm. 1321 N. 15th. 254-757-1748. If you are staying over a holiday, please check with us to see if World Cup will be open that day. Closed on Sundays as of 4/21/2019.

Payment Policy

Accepted payments VISA, Mastercard, American Express or other credit cards allowed by payment processing company.

Deposit Amount Required:
One night stay if visiting 1-4 nights.
50% of total stay if visiting 5+ nights.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund of deposit if cancel 14 days prior to arrival.
50% refund of deposit if cancel 7 days prior to arrival.
No refund of deposit if cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival.

No Shows or cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are responsible for full payment of their entire reservation, if we are unable to rent the rooms.

These cancellation policies include but are not limited to personal and family illnesses, accidents, and also includes failure to obtain air or ground transportation to Waco regardless of the cause of the failure. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is highly recommended. (One website with info about Trip Cancellation Ins is http://www.travelinsurancereview.net/ )
