ITALIANO
è vietato fumare in tutte le camere e negli spazi comuni all'interno della struttura. è possibile fumare negli spazi esterni della struttura compresi balconi e loggiati al primo piano.

La colazione è preparata in casa con ingredienti provenienti soprattutto dalla nostra azienda agricola e da quelle del territorio.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di un bagno interno oppure esterno in comune con un'altra stanza. Vengono forniti biancheria, che viene cambiata ogni 3 -4 gg, e asciugamani che vengono cambiati a richiesta degli ospiti, anche ogni giorno. Troverete disponibile il phon e i prodotti per la doccia.

Ciascun ospite è tenuto a custodire gli oggetti di proprietà. All'arrivo verranno consegnate le chiavi della stanza. In caso di smarrimento chiavi o danni alle stesse, saranno addebitati euro 30.00 per i costi sostenuti per il rifacimento delle stesse. Si declina pertanto ogni responsabilità per eventuali perdite/smarrimenti.

Per permettere la pulizia della vostra camera e bagno durante il giorno, vi chiediamo di lasciarla libera dalle ore 11.00 alle ore 13.00: se ciò non avviene tale servizio non verrà svolto.

Il cambio lenzuola extra prevede un costo di euro 30.00.

Il giorno della partenza la camera deva essere liberata entro le ore 11.00.
CHECK IN DALLE 15 ALLE 20. Per esigenze diverse ci si può accordare.

L'arrivo in struttura può essere effettuato liberamente dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 19.00 (la camera potrà essere consegnata solo dopo le ore 15.00). E' possibile concordare un arrivo diverso, inoltre è sempre possibile anticipare o posticipare la partenza, lasciando i vostri bagagli nella struttura.

L'ospite dovrà avere cura degli ambienti e dell'arredo dell'agriturismo.

Il cliente si impegna a rispondere economicamente agli eventuali danni da lui stesso procurati. L'entità del costo della riparazione del danno sarà valutata dai titolari senza possibilità di contraddittorio.

All'arrivo, se nessuno risponde al citofono è necessario telefonare al +39 348 76 90 115 oppure al +39 0332 32 99 28.

Siamo sempre a disposizione per eventuali informazioni e consigli.

Reclami: ogni contestazione, per essere presa in considerazione, deve essere inviata tramite e-mail entro 8 giorni dalla data di partenza dall'hotel, pena la decadenza del reclamo. In caso di contestazione, i dati conservati nei nostri sistemi informatici hanno carattere probatorio.

Durante il soggiorno, l'ospite dovrà avere cura di segnalare ogni disagio, al fine di limitare un eventuale pregiudizio.

Le fotografie e le informazioni disponibili sul sito Internet non hanno carattere contrattuale. I Giardini del Lago non potranno essere ritenuti responsabili della mancata esecuzione o della cattiva esecuzione della prenotazione in caso di forza maggiore di fatti imputabili a terzi, di fatti imputabili al cliente, di un mancato funzionamento della rete internet.

Al check-in la direzione si riserva di sostituire la camera prenotata con un'altra camera della medesima qualità.

E' severamente vietato l'introduzione di persone non registrate come ospiti dell'agriturismo. Qualsiasi altra persona non registrata e trovata nella struttura pagherà il costo della notte nella camera e verrà registrata alla questura come ospite alloggiato presso I Giardini del Lago.

It's forbidden to smoke in all the rooms and in the common areas inside the structure. It's possible to smoke in the external spaces of the structure including balconies and loggias on the first floor.

Breakfast is homemade with ingredients coming mainly from our farm and from those in the area.

All rooms have private bathroom or external shared bathroom with another room. Linens are provided, which is changed every 3 -4 days. Also towels that are changed at the request of guests, even every day. You will find the hairdryer and shower products available.

Each guest is required to keep property items. The keys to the room will be given upon arrival. In case of loss of keys or damagaes to them, € 30.00 will be charged for the costs incurred for the remaking of the same. We therefore decline any responsibility for any loss.

To allow the cleaning of your room and bathroom during the day, we ask you to leave it free from 11.00 to 13.00: if this does not happen, this service will not be performed.

Extra bed linen change costs € 30.00.

The day of departure the room must be vacated by 11.00.

The arrival in the structure can be done freely from 8.30 to 19.00 (the room can be delivered only after 15.00). It's possible to arrange a different arrival, moreover it's always possible to anticipate or postpone the departure, leaving your luggage in the structure.

The guest must take care of the ambience and the furnishings of the farm. The customer undertakes to respond financially to any damage he has caused. The extent of the cost of repairing the damage will be assessed by the owners without the possibility of a dispute.

Complaints: any dispute, to be taken into consideration, must be sent by e-mail within 8 days from the date of departure from the hotel, otherwise the complaint will lapse. In the event of a dispute, the data stored in our computer systems are of a probative nature.

During the stay, the guest must take care to report any inconvenience, in order to limit any injury.

The photographs and information available on the website are not contractual. I Giardini del Lago can not be held responsible for the non execution or the bad execution of the reservation in case of force majeure, of facts attributable to third parties, of facts attributable to the client, of a non-functioning of the internet.

At check-in, the management reserves the right to replace the room booked with another room of the same quality.

The introduction of unregistered persons as guests of the farm is strictly forbidden. Any other person not registered and found in the structure will pay the cost of the night in the room and will be registered at the police headquarters as a guest staying at I Giardini del Lago.

Payment Policy

ITALIANO
I prezzi vengono indicati prima e durante la prenotazione delle camere. I prezzi si intendono per camera per il numero di persona/e e la data selezionata.
I prezzi vengono confermati al cliente sotto forma di importo Iva inclusa in Euro e comprendono gli extra selezionati.
Al cliente verrà inviata conferma della prenotazione.

Al momento della prenotazione il cliente dovrà fornire un numero valido di carta di credito con relativa scadenza; la direzione verificherà la validità di questa tramite un'operazione di pre-autorizzazione con il POS per un importo pari al costo della prima notte. Questo importo verrà restituito entro i termini stabiliti dalla propria banca.

Ogni modifica o istituzione di nuove tasse previste da disposizioni legislative o regolamentari imposte dalle autorità competenti dovranno essere pagate al momento del check in.
Ogni modifica dell'aliquota IVA si ripercuoterà automaticamente sui prezzi.

Il pagamento del soggiorno avviene al check-in.
Verrà consegnata ricevuta fiscale riepilogativa dell'importo totale del soggiorno.
Le carte di credito e bancomat Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard e Maestro sono accettate per il pagamento del servizio.

Prices are indicated before and during the booking of the rooms. Prices are per room for the number of person (s) and date selected.
The prices are confirmed to the customer in the form of VAT included in Euro and include the selected extras.
Confirmation of booking will be sent to the customer.

At the time of booking, the customer must provide a valid credit card number with expiry date; the management will verify the validity of this through a pre-authorization transaction with the POS for an amount equal to the cost of the first night. This amount will be returned within the terms established by guest's bank.

Any change or establishment of new taxes required by laws or regulations imposed by the competent authorities must be paid at the time of check-in.
Any change in the VAT rate will automatically affect prices.

Payment for the stay is made at check-in.

A summary receipt of the total amount of the stay will be given.

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro credit and debit cards are accepted for payment of the service.

Cancellation Policy

ITALIANO
Il cliente potrà annullare o modificare la prenotazione entro le ore 8 di 2 giorni precedenti al giorno di arrivo previsto. La direzione manderà il prima possibile una conferma di avvenuto annullamento o modifica.

In caso di mancato arrivo e non annullamento della prenotazione nei termini stabiliti sopra, verrà addebitato il prezzo della prima notte a titolo di indennizzo forfettario e l'annullamento senza spese del resto del soggiorno.
A seguito dell'addebito verrà inviata al cliente la fattura.

Se il cliente arriva fuori dagli orari del check in o fuori dagli orari concordati, per essere accolto nella struttura dovrà prendere accordi con la direzione.

The customer can cancel or change the reservation within 8am of 2 days before to the scheduled arrival date. The management will send confirmation of cancellation or modification as soon as possible.

In case of non-arrival and non-cancellation of the reservation in the terms established above, the price of the first night will be charged as a lump sum compensation and cancellation without expenses of the rest of the stay.
The invoice will be sent to the customer as a result of the charge.

If the customer arrives outside the check-in hours or outside the agreed time, to be accepted in the structure must make arrangements with the management.
