24-hour cancellation policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INCH BEACH HOLIDAY COTTAGES
Cottages are offered to only those guests who have pre booked with us. If your party increases, we ask for a written request for additional guests. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY EXTRA GUESTS WHO HAVE NOT BEEN PRE-BOOKED. A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to confirm your booking. THE FULL BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed. Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before arrival (less deposit); 75% refund if cancelled 21- 30 days before arrival (less deposit); 50% refund if cancelled 21-14 days before arrival (less deposit); 25% refund if cancelled 7 – 14 days before arrival (less deposit); and 0 refund if cancelled 7 or less days before arrival. Deposit and extra cleaning charge: We take a €100 deposit returnable 7 days after departure. We will retain the deposit if the house is not returned in a suitably tidy condition.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INCH BEACH CAMPSITE
Choose to stay at Inch Beach Campsite and you’ll be treated to one of the best locations in Ireland. Just across the road from the entrance to the 3 miles of sandy beach we have grass and hard standing pitches for both campers/caravans and tents.

The shower and toilet block are recently refurbished and offers a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a dining area, toaster, kettle and fridge.

For Groups of more than 6 people we ask you to book directly. If you arrive without prior arrangements with a group, we reserve the right to refuse you entry.

We do not accept twin axle or commercial vehicles.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act. All dogs must be kept on a lead and we ask you to clean up your dogs’ mess if they pooh. We ask smokers to dispose of their cigarette butts responsibly!

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept stag, hen or similar groups.

PRIVACY POLICY
Here at Inch Beach Bed & Breakfast, Inch Beach Cottages and Inch Beach Campsite, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your booking and to provide you with the products and services you have requested from us. We do not give your details to any third parties.
