INTERSECT311 Apart-Hotel offers one bedroom studios and suites at 315 W. Huntington; two bedroom townhouses at 410 W. Monroe; and three-bedroom townhouses at 311 S. Madison. All of our locations are on the same 4-acre re-development, are walk-friendly, and connect to our sister company The Glass Factory located at 313 W. Huntington. The property’s first 2 projects occurred at the intersection of Madison and Huntington - the origin of the name INTERSECT311. Owners and on-site managers Heather Walker Clark and Mat Clark have a passion for revitalization and love to re-purpose old buildings into relevant and timeless spaces for the community. Mat and Heather are serial entrepreneurs who live, work, and play in downtown and enjoy making Downtown Jonesboro a place for ALL people.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in downtown Jonesboro. Our Upstairs Living Space is 800 square feet 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds per room with shared bathroom. There is a living room for gathering. Breakfast and lunch available at 7 days a week 7a-2pm, At Urban Organics (onsite). You can also enjoy the night life at Huntington Square next door from 11am-9pm 7 days a week.

Terms & Conditions
INTERSECT311 is owned and operated by Intersect311, LLC. The price per night & applicable taxes and other fees posted are non-negotiable.
Guests are expected to care for the property as if it were their own property and will be charged for any stolen items or damages to the property. Inventory is completed between each reservation by cleaning staff and is documented for this purpose. The original form of payment is used to collect on such charges.
Owners require that any damages, accidental or intentional, be immediately reported to the owners so that urgent matters can be dealt with immediately and appropriately. Owners request that guests do not attempt to fix damages on their own, as professional maintenance and service staff will be contracted for all repairs and then guests will be charged accordingly.
Parties are not allowed at INTERSECT311. Party is defined "a gathering of people exceeding the maximum # of guests allowed to stay in each unit."
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. Guests are charged a $50/day fee when they smoke in our units. This includes incense, medical marijuana, cigarettes, etc.
Payments are not processed until 3-7 days prior to arrival (based on booking website). Once payment is processed, guests will receive an emailed invoice. ON the morning of arrival, guests will receive a TEXT MESSAGE THAT INCLUDES REGISTRATION, CHECK-IN INFORMATION , PARKING, WIFI INSTRUCTIONS specific to the reserved unit. This TEXT is sent to the cell phone number on the reservation. PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION HAS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE CHECKIN.
Check in is at 4 pm. Earlier check-ins are approved when units are ready, or for a fee. Check out is at 10 am. The mobile key automatically stops working at check-out time. Late check outs are approved on a case by case basis and any check outs past 1 pm are available for a late fee.
INTERSECT311 reserves the right to move reservations to "same as" units to accommodate other guests, meaning that if you book a 2- bedroom, we may move you to a different 2-bedroom to accommodate other guests or for maintenance issues. You will never be moved to a unit of lesser size/value.
Provision of payment information at reservation is considered acceptance of said terms and conditions. *PLEASE NOTE: A $50.00 Hold for incidentals will be added to the initial room charge. It can take your bank up to 7-10 days to return these funds to the account after check-out.
A credit card is required to secure the reservation and secure payment by placing a $25 on the card (non-refundable for discounted bulk bookings); however, full payment is not processed until 3-7 days prior to arrival, depending on the booking site. At the time payment is processed, full payment is required including all applicable taxes. Invoices are emailed to guests as soon as payment is processed. *PLEASE NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of $50 is placed on the card on the day of arrival, for incidentals. At check-out, this is returned pending no damages to the unit or stolen/removed items. It can take your bank up to 7-10 days to return these funds to the account after check-out. Provision of payment information at reservation is considered acceptance of said policy. A $2.50 linen fee is charged with each reservation. A 3.5% surcharge will be applied at time of payment.
Guests will not be charged for reservations when cancellations are made at least 3 days prior to payment processing. Cancellations made after payment processing are refunded in full (normally in the original form of payment) minus one day rent rate and applicable taxes. Provision of payment information at reservation is considered acceptance of said policy.
