Terms & Conditions

1. In addition to the cost of any damages incurred, there will be a $250 additional charge per night per room for violation of any hotel policy listed below. Your signature authorizes Iron Horse Inn Hotel & Suites to charge your credit card for all room charges, any damage caused by you to hotel property, penalties, and incidentals not paid by other means.2. Smoking is not permitted in any room. 3. Only registered guests are allowed in hotel rooms without the express consent of management, and all unregistered guests are required to leave by 10:00PM. The management reserves the right to refuse service or access to the rooms by anyone. 4. Your signature indicates that you agree to be held liable for any damages, penalties, replacement costs, and services that occur in your room, and any damaged caused by you within the hotel property during your stay, and that your credit card will be charged for all or any of the aforementioned. 5. There will be a $25 per key charge assessed for unreturned keys. 6. No pets are allowed at this property. 7. Children under 16 must be authorized, and sleep in existing beds. 8. Jumping or "horseplay" is strictly forbidden in hotel elevator. Such activity causes safety switch to freeze elevator operation, and out of town repair man must be summoned.

Payment Policy

One night deposit at time of booking may be charged. Final payment will be charged at check in.

August dates of Sturgis Rally and Kool Deadwood Nites require full non-refundable payments at the time of booking, depending on the date reserved. Signed contracts are required .

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled by 3 p.m. MT 72 hours prior to the arrival date may be charged a $25 fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be billed for the full stay.
