• Pets are allowed. Charges may apply. 25 USD per pet. Service dogs are accepted free of charge. To minimize allergies with guests, dogs shall
not sleep on furnitures (i.e. bed, sofa).

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

• Maximum occupancy is 4 for the Studio and Apartment.
• Occupancy include 2 parents and 2 children.
• Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds in a room is One.
• Extra adult(s) are an additional fee = $20 per night.

• At time, guests may request a special meal to be cooked for them but special dinners or lunch are not free of charge (Exceptions may apply).
• Golf Course pass may be requested prior to arrival. Discounted price to Golf Course may apply and will be discuss between guests and host.

Payment Policy

You accept the following credit cards: American Express (or AMEX), VISA Euro/Mastercard, DISCOVER.

56hrs prior to check-in, you credit card will be charged - If your credit card is not valid or if we are not able to reach you through the phone number you provided, your reservation will cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION FREE of CHARGES
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 14 days and/or 24hrs before arrival.

CANCELLATION EXCEPTION
Grace Period
No fees charged for bookings canceled within 4 hours of booking
