Thank you for choosing Kaouki Lodge for your holiday. Please find below our Terms and Conditions.

Kaouki Lodge Sarl is a legally registered company in Morocco and abides by the laws in the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Morocco. Tax Patente 47477292

Company: Kaouki Lodge Sarl, us, we, the company, the house.
Customer/ Guest / Client: You and your group.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No parties are allowed in the room or the house. Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 2300-0800 out of respect for our neighbours the village.

Children below the age of 10 are not accepted at the House unless by prior arrangement with Kaouki Lodge.

Kaouki Lodge reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

This reservation is not transferable.

In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.

Kaouki Lodge reserves the right to send guests away from the House due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Kaouki Lodge employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests. Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the House at any point of time.

Guests will be asked to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival as required by law.

We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, Kaouki Lodge does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. Kaouki Lodge shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation.

For all transfers and transport booked on behalf of the client no contract will exist between Kaouki Lodge and the client for the provision of this service. All monies for such services are payable directly to the service provider. Kaouki Lodge accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or costs incurred that may arise from the use of these services. Kaouki Lodge can give no guarantee of exact times or arrival or departure of any service and will not be liable for failure to make connections to other services.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerances please inform us in advance in order for us to try to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

Please also inform us in advance how you would like the Double/Twin rooms arranged in terms of 1 King bed or 2 Twins.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Property, your stay subsequently shall be subject to Kaouki Lodge'sTerms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the House.

And lastly - we look forward to welcoming you at Kaouki Lodge.

Payment Policy

For rental of the entire House a 50% deposit must be made at time of reservation in order to secure a booking.

The remaining balance is to be paid on check-in either cash, instant transfer or by card machine. Once checked in your entire stay is billable regardless of an early checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate for Rooms:
Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.

Entire House deposit:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date will be given as a credit for a future stay (valid for 12 months).

Cancellation between 30-14 days prior to check in will be 50% refunded.

Cancellation within 14 days of check-in date your deposit will not be refunded.

In case of force majeure which effects our ability to fulfil your holiday we will postpone your booking with a voucher for a stay within 1 year of check in date or until it is safe to do so.
