All our rates include the breakfast and a free wifi access.
The design for our suites is unique. The pictures on our website are representative of the suites.
At check-out, the bill is to be released in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) according to the day rate.
Promotional offers cannot be used in addition to other special conditions or negotiated rates.
Price might differ from our part of the year to the other, according to seasons, events, demand and availability. High season includes Christmas, New Year Eve and Easter, April, May, the Festival of World Sacred Music Festival, September and October.
Privatisation
You can book the whole riad for a day+night, a week end or a full week. Karawan Riad can host 18 persons overnight. If you need to accommodate more people at night, we have agreements with the best Riads in the Medina.
Children
Children are welcome from 8. Beware that the historic building does not have the same type of comfortable security than European or North American standards. Parents have to be careful at any time.
Children who are 12 and more are charged the adult rate. You should include them in the number of adults in your reservation.
Pets
Pets are normally not allowed in Karawan Riad. If you have a specific request, contact us directly for more information.
Identity
At your arrival, you will be asked to present an official ID card as well as a security deposit, as well as fill in an compulsory tourist form.
Payment Policy
According to the specific conditions that apply to the rate that you selected, you need to pay a deposit at booking.
For the Flexible Rate, you only have to pay a deposit of the amount of the first night.
For the Best Available Rate, you paid a deposit of 50% of the total reservation at booking.
For the Non Refundable Rate, you pay the full amount at booking.
Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation of you booking depends on the rate that you selected.
For the Flexible Rate, you only have to pay a deposit of the amount of the first night.
For the Best Available Rate, you paid a deposit of 50% of the total reservation at booking.
The Flexible Rate allows free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation within 48 hours, the first night will be due.
The Best Available Rate allows the free cancellation of the booking until 14 days before arrival. Between 13 days and 7 days, cancellation implies the payment of 50% of the booking price. Later cancellation or no show implies the payment of the full amount of the reservation.
The Non Refundable Rate does not allow Cancellation. No Refund.
