All properties are non smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee. If you exceed the max occupancy or smoke in any property, you will be asked to leave without refund.
Payment Policy
All reservations must be held on a valid credit card. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival to guarantee your reservation. If full payment if not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 14 days prior to your arrival with no penalty. Should you need to cancel within 14 days, you will forfeit your payment.
