The Khyra Beaucrest Ranch is a 15 acre 12 Bedroom French inspired destination retreat! Nestled in the foothills above Bogart State Park in Cherry Valley, California with majestic views of the San Gorgonio Mountain Range. Just 30 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. The 3 story Mansion has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms plus a professional kitchen, large dining room, bar, library and 2 living rooms. There are 5 additional cottages each with their own bathroom, mini kitchen and patio spread around the property. The property includes a swimming pool, tennis court, a soccer field,a fishing pond and 2 BBQ areas. Horses and goats are tended to by our full time, live in caretaker.

Khyra Beaucrest Ranch is a great place to hold family events such as weddings, birthday parties and family reunions. We also cater to Professional leadership retreats, yoga retreats , film/tv and commercial location shoots and so much more. We are open to all ideas and suggestions!

Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings. We kindly ask you to review prior to making a Booking.

DEFINTIONS
a) “Company” or “We” or Ranch means Khyra Beaucrest Ranch or 3Mojo Khyra Ranch Limited or Maaca Khyra Ranch Limited.
b) “Booking” means booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items provided by us.
c) “Tenant” or “Responsible Party or “Client ““means the person or entity making and paying for the booking and all other persons, animals invited onto the property by the Tenant.
d) “Contract” means the Booking and these Terms, and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
e) “Ranch” means the premises for which your Booking is made.
f) “Terms” means these terms and conditions.
g) “Websites” means www.khyrabeaucrestranch.com or any other third party site featuring Khyra Beaucrest Ranch rooms and services.
h) “Tax” means any tax required to pay.

PAYMENT
1) All fees will be included in the same invoice as the accommodation invoice.
2) A non-refundable deposit of 25% on total invoice is required to secure any booking.
3) A second non-refundable deposit of 25% is due 3 months prior to check-in.
4) A final non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 1 month prior to check-in.
5) If the final balance payment is not received 2 weeks before check in all booking(s) will be automatically released.
6) There is no Cancellation Fee as all payments and deposits made are Non-refundable.
7) Credit Card, checks, cash, or an on-line instant Transfer is acceptable.
8) The person making the booking is hereby referred to as “The Tenant”.
9) The Tenant must be over 21 years of age.
10) The Tenant must provide a valid driver’s license to make a booking.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
1) Guests may check-in by 9am on the scheduled day of arrival.
2) Guest must check out by 3pm on the day of departure.

INSURANCE
1) All bookings are required to purchase Insurance. The booked Tenant can purchase insurance on our website at either of the two below:

2) Insurance certificates must be presented 1 month prior to check-in.
3) Prior to final check-out, a detailed walk-through inspection will be conducted. If there is any damage over $200 the Ranch’s management will inform in writing of any damage and will make a claim against the insurance policy. Under $200 in damages the tenant will make immediate payment
4) All Insurance policies should be assigned to:
a. Maaca Khyra Ranch Limited (Property Owner)
b. 3Mojo Khyra Ranch Limited (Property Manager)

POSTPONEMENT POLICY and CANCELLATION POLICY
1) The tenant shall notify the Ranch management in writing of any event postponement.
2) New dates are subject to Ranch availability and management approval.
3) A minimum notice period of 3 months is required for any postponement.
4) If there is a postponement all deposits will be transferred to the new dates.
5) The client shall notify the Ranch management in writing of any cancellation.
6) A minimum notice of 3 months is required for any cancellation.
7) All deposits are Non-Refundable.
8) Very rarely would the Ranch cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund, but the company shall have no further liability to the tenant arising out of such cancellation. We will offer you a priority booking at a different time and offer you a 10% discount for any inconvenience caused.
9) In the case the property known as Khyra Beaucrest Ranch is sold prior to the tenant’s event date, the company known as 3Mojo Khyra Ranch Limited will refund 100% of any deposits made to 3Mojo Khyra Ranch Limited. The company shall have no further liability to the tenant arising out of such sale and cancellation.
10) If the property is sold prior to the tenant’s event date the management of Khyra Beaucrest Ranch will inform the tenant of such sale as immediately possible.

PARKING
Guests should park in designated parking areas. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).

Guest Behaviour
Guests are requested to always conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with Ranch procedures and/or requests regarding conduct and respect for the property of the Ranch, its employees and neighbors. A copy of the Riverside County Good Neighbor Policy, Ordinance 927.2, Ordinance 847 are to be adhered to and are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, which is agreed to by the Tenant. Please note that per Riverside Ordinance 847, quiet hours are from 10pm – 7am. In addition, no amplified sound or excessive noise can be used or occur during these quiet hours.

Noise monitors are placed in various spots near the main house and are used to help us monitor the sound levels. If you produce or create excessive noise the noise monitors will let us know. We will contact the responsible party immediately and ask that you reduce your noise level.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Ranch if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, we shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

DÉCOR, PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS & DISPLAYS
1) Additional décor promotional materials and displays during the event is allowed, but subject to approval by the management.
2) Permanent fixtures drilled into parts of the Ranch walls and/or property is strictly prohibited.
3) All lighting must use the designated electrical outlets identified by the management.
4) Any DJ set up must use the designated area and electrical outlets identified by management.
5) Everything must be cleared and restored to its original state upon check-out.

SET-UP
1) Earliest set-up time frame allowed is on the check-in date.
2) Set-up is strictly by the client’s hired event planner.
3) Ranch staff will be on site for enquiries and/or assistance only.
4) Valet services are required for guest count for 50 and above.
5) There is a maximum car parking of 40 cars.
6) RV parking must be approved beforehand by management.

OUTSIDE VENDORS, SUPPLIERS, CATERERS and CONTRACTORS
1) Outside vendors, suppliers, caterers, and contractors for events are allowed.
2) The tenant shall make payment directly to these outside service providers.
3) The use of any of the Ranch equipment is strictly prohibited for or during the event unless agreed to prior to the event.
4) The said service providers must clear all equipment immediately after the function.
5) All outside vendors must assign their Certificate of Insurance to:
• Maaca Khyra Ranch Limited (Property Owner)
• 3Mojo Khyra Ranch Limited (Property Manager)
6) The Ranch will not be liable for any issues, complaints, problems from the hiring of outside vendors.
7) The Ranch’s management team reserves the right to advise, approve or reject the use of any equipment and/or special effects we feel may be harmful, hazardous, or dangerous to our staff or the Ranch.

RESTRICTIONS & SMOKING
1) Any activity related to use of fire or chemicals are strictly prohibited.
2) Candles are not allowed.
3) Fireworks are NOT ALLOWED!
4) Smoking inside the Main house is allowed in specified areas.
5) Smoking is allowed outdoors.
6) Adequate ashtrays must be provided by the event planner during the event.
7) Littering of cigarette butts anywhere on the Ranch is not allowed.
8) Any damage or fire arising from irresponsible smoking and/or discarding of cigarette buds will be charged to the client.
9) Dogs are not allowed in the main mansion. Dogs are allowed in the cottages.
10) Music and all loud activities must be stopped by 10:00pm.
11) There are noise monitors around the property to ensure that the tenant adheres to the noise limitations. If any code enforcement officers come to the property for excessive noise they will fine the guest who is the liable party per Riverside County Ordinances.
12) No dining is allowed on the Wedding Ceremony Grass.
13) No cooking by caterers is allowed in the kitchen.
14) All prep work and service can be set up in the garage. Any cooking on site must first be approved by management.
15) Food is not allowed in the main living room. Any damage caused will be subject to replacement.

TRASH
1) Tenant must rent or bring a minimum of 2 Garbage Bins and sufficient Garbage Bags.
2) Tenant must have a minimum of 2 staff to remove trash, keep common bathrooms stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and other items necessary.
3) All trash needs to be put in the large dumpster which is easily visible and accessible. Once full there are trash bins in the garage to use as well.
4) All vendors need to clean their areas and remove all their property before the Tenant checks out

DAMAGES & PERSONAL LOSS
1) The client shall be liable for all damages and breakages caused to the property during the event irrespective of who, when where and how the damage occurred.
2) Client’s personal guests : the Ranch will not be responsible for valuables belonging to any attendees before, during and after the event. Safes are provided in each bedroom.

FORCE MAJEUR
The Ranch accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force major or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, fire extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Ranch. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity (whether caused by the negligence of our employees, contractor or agents or otherwise). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges received by it under the Contract. Nothing contained in the Contract or in any other document referred to or incorporated in it shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The laws of the state of California govern the Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it.

WEBSITE INFORMATION
While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product. The content of the Websites is the copyright of the Ranch, and may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or amended for any other purpose without our prior written consent. Trademarks used on the Websites are the property of the respective owners. Hyperlinks to third party websites are provided for your convenience. We cannot accept responsibility for the content or use of third-party sites.

An additional Non Refundable deposit of 25% is due 3 Months prior to arrival.

The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
