About your stay
We thank you very much and hope that you enjoy your stay with us. Please find below our terms and conditions specific to your stay with Imperial Stay Ltd.
Apartments must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Keys should be returned as per instructions given to you upon check-in. Should you fail to depart by this time you may incur an additional charge. This will be made automatically to the card provided upon check-in. Luggage storage facilities may be available, subject to availability.
Cancellations/ Changes to your booking
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact our team on the number provided to you. These can only be cancelled according to the policy chosen upon making the reservation.

All apartments are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Should you break this rule the card used for your reservation will be debited for the amount of £250.00 in order to contribute towards the costs of repainting the apartments.
The card payment used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival, by the cardholders along with photo ID such as a passport or driving license.
Credit Card Guarantee
The card used to make the reservation will be used to ensure that no damages are made against the reservation. However, in some cases we may require a deposit of £ 300.00 to be taken from the payment card provided as a security deposit against damages, breakages or incidental charges incurred during your stay. This amount is simply held on your card and automatically released following your departure unless charges have been incurred.
We provide weekly housekeeping service for stays of 7 nights or more. If the apartment is left in an excessively dirty condition, an extra cleaning charge may be incurred. Charges may be made for any damage to the apartment or its furnishings.
Problems with your apartment
In the unlikely event of you experiencing a problem with one of our apartments please report it to us and we will help you as quickly as we can. Please ensure to report it as soon as possible to a member of staff or on +447837989107
Parties, gatherings, commercial meetings are not allowed in the apartments, any visiting guest must vacate the apartment by 11:00.
Loss of Keys
Lost or stolen apartment keys should be reported immediately. A charge of £100.00 is applicable for any lock which may need to be changed due to lost or stolen key. Access fobs (if applicable) are charged additionally.
I understand that the terms and conditions above will be enforced and that the card used for the reservation may be charged in case we fail to comply with all the conditions above without prior warning.
Please note that all check-ins are carried out BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, between 14:00 – 21:00 (A later check-in is possible, however it may subject to a charge of £35.00, depending on the building’s opening hours. Please note that we do not have 24 hours reception and someone from our office will go to the location specifically to check you in. To ensure somebody meets you at the property and check in runs smoothly please take a little of your time and provide us with some essential arrival information as you might experience up to few hours check in delay if the check-in appointment is not booked in advance.
Check out time:
You will need to check-out from the apartment by 11:00 AM. We are not able to accommodate late check outs as we need to prepare apartments for next check in. If there is any specific request, please write to us as soon as possible to check if we can accommodate.
Advance Check in information
If you have not provided us with your check in information earlier please provide us with the following information as it is really important to arrange your check in,
1) If you are coming from abroad, please let me know your flight landing time in London and relevant airport? Otherwise your arrival time and train station name.
2) How will you be traveling to the apartment? Do you know what time you will be arriving? It might be helpful use transport for London ‘s website www.tfl.gov.uk
3) How many guests are there in total?
4) Will you have a functional mobile phone once you land in the UK? This is very important as we require you to let us know once you have started your journey from the airport to the apartment in case we do not have a fixed check in time.
Check In requirements
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation will be allowed into the apartment, you will be charged for additional guests.
*****Please note that you will be required to present the following:
- GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID
- THE ORIGINAL CARD USED FOR THE RESERVATION (if reserved by card)
- *If the reservation was made using a company card and the cardholder will not be present at upon check-in, please contact us immediately to avoid surprises upon check-in.

Q: Can we leave our luggage at the property before check-in or after check-out?
A: Unfortunately, since there is no reception in the property we don’t have a storage facilities however, there is a luggage storage service in King’s Cross Station located just 3 minutes from apartment.
Q: On which floor is the apartment located?
A: Apartments are located on ground floor/ lower ground floor and first floor/ second floor; the apartment is split level.
Q: Is there a lift in the property:
A: No, there is no lift in the property.
Q: Can I pay remaining rental with different credit card from the one provided when making reservation:
A: Yes, but the card holder must be present at transaction.
