NOTICE TO GUESTS:
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to Guests or for loss of possessions of any kind. Any damages or room feels will be charge to guests credit cards. The person registering is respnsible for all damges caused to room, furnishings and fixings. Smoking in a non smoking room will result in a charge of $200.00. Taking pet into a non pet room will result in a charge of $250.00. Pets are allowed on request and ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED. Pet Fees are applicable.

Valid Credit Card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card does decline, the booking may be cancelled at our discretion.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and Cash. Payment is required upon check-in unless a valid credit card is provided. When paying with debit or cash we do require a security deposit of $100-$200 per room. Payment for non refundable booking will be processed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Non refundable bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund.
