Terms & Conditions

Reservations must be made online and will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit
Rates quoted are based on single occupancy, add $25/night for double occupancy (room capacity limited to 2 people)
Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted
Minimum Stay - 3 consecutive nights per room
Access to property is limited to registered guests only
Any dietary or special needs requests must be submitted in advance (use comments box on booking form) prior to confirmation of booking.
No wheelchair accessibility
No Children under 12 years
No Pets
No Smoking
All guests must adhere to current government policies and recommendations with regard to Covid-19 or similar. Should a guest need to quarantine in place, this is based on availability at the time and the safety and well-being of other guests and owners. Every effort will be made to support any guest whilst in quarantine, however any addition costs such as additional nights and meals will be the responsibility of the guest.

Payment Policy

Deposit of 50% required to confirm reservation
Balance is paid upon arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and date changes may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival date. A 5% admin fee will apply.
Deposit cannot be refunded nor applied to a rebooking if we receive notification within 30 days of arrival date, no exceptions.
Travel insurance is recommended. *Bermuda Hotel Association hurricane policy applies, in which case refunds, re-bookings are permitted without penalty when planes are grounded due to severe weather in Bermuda.
