Overview
Built in the 1920’s, Kingston House has retained its architectural charm and character with high ceilings, large sash windows, wide plank wood floors, and furnished verandas. Reception rooms are spacious and welcoming. There is also a well-equipped guest galley for storing and preparing food. Guest rooms are comfortable with all the modern conveniences for holiday and business travellers.
Wellness
In-house vegetarian chef-owners are delighted to provide delicious, healthy, hearty breakfasts including fresh fruit, tasty baked goods, home-made granola and other cereals, egg dishes, dairy products, etc., a variety of teas, and their organic, fair-trade coffee, roasted daily on site. Most special dietary needs can be met when advance notice is given. Fresh, organic produce is sourced from local farms. The Endless swimming pool is ideal for exercising and relaxing. There is a large tiled yoga terrace and yoga mats are provided. Arrangements to visit a spa or join in any of the many exercise classes, sports, or cultural activities and events on island can be made.

Reservations must be made online and will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit
Rates quoted are based on single occupancy, add $25/night for double occupancy (room capacity limited to 2 people)
Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Cards are accepted
Minimum Stay - 2 consecutive nights per room
Access to property is limited to registered guests only
Any dietary or special needs requests must be submitted in advance (use comments box on booking form) prior to confirmation of booking.

No Children under 12 years
No Pets. There is a friendly resident dog on the property.
No Smoking
All guests must adhere to current government policies and recommendations with regard to Covid-19 or similar. Should a guest need to quarantine in place, this is based on availability at the time and the safety and well-being of other guests and owners. Every effort will be made to support guest(s) whilst in quarantine, however any additional costs such as additional nights and meals will be the responsibility of the guest.
Payment Policy
Deposit of 50% required to confirm reservation. Balance is paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Bermuda Hotel Association hurricane policy applies, in which case refunds are permitted when planes are grounded due to severe weather in Bermuda.
All refunds will be paid to credit card only less 5% admin fee. Travel insurance is recommended. Should dates need to be cancelled as per policies above, guests may choose future booking dates, depending on availability, and existing deposit credited without penalty to that booking.
